I apologize for your less than satisfactory experience. However, we feel as though we did our best to comfortably accommodate your family. We worked to move other guest around to accommodate your day early arrival and offered a second room so that you could have more space. Our pictures and descriptions are accurate to exactly what we offer. We offer the best at&t WiFi around but being in a remote area, high speed WiFi is not always a guaranteed luxury. I apologize for not having a place to hang rain gear. Upon your review we have placed hooks in the entry way to better accommodate for our guest. With our strict cancelation policy we could not refund your stay. It is unfortunate your stay with us was not as you anticipated, but I hope you were still able to enjoy our beautiful town and the State of Alaska.
