Single family home centrally located in established neighborhood. 1938 Spanish architecture, with indoor and outdoor living space. Bask in the warm sun while sipping a coffee or margarita or take a short drive/public transport to see more of San Diego sites. There are plenty of things to see and do in America's Finest City! Head over to a convention, take an uber to chill at the beach, explore local area attractions, such as the Balboa Park/Zoo/Carousel/Mini Railroad/Museums, SeaWorld and MORE.
The home is centrally located, just a bit southeast from city center.
We have a mediterranean vibe complete with spanish style tile roof, lots of light and live plants including roses, an olive tree and an orange tree!
This is our primary residence that we maintain ourselves. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (master boasts large walk-in shower which is great for tall or larger people), 1 family room, 1 living room, 2 outdoor patios for entertaining areas and a greenspace with live grass.
There are wood floors throughout with tile in kitchens and bathrooms to minimize dust and germs. The family room is the only room that has carpet. There are two traditional beds, a toddler bed and a pull out sofa as well as a large sectional that can comfortably sleep 3 adults. Several sleeping configurations can be made possible and to your preference.
Our kitchen is a nice size, great for entertaining and cooking meals together. Should have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have a separate dining room with a table that expands to seat 8 people comfortably. Equipped with full size oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have access to everything except the crawl space, garage and closets.
Atención a los huéspedes
As an AirBNB user myself I always appreciate if the host is available but not overly in my business so I try to extend the same courtesy to you while you are staying in our home. You are welcome to call or text me if you have questions, problems or just for general advice about the house, area, etc.
Otros aspectos destacables
The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Neighbors usually keep to themselves.
Home is located on a bus route so there is convenience to those without cars. However, there is available free street parking if you do drive here.
This is our family home which we have recently renovated ourselves and we love it!It's an old 1938 house with some quirks so we will leave good instructions for you. I work full time in Advertising Sales and my husband is a teacher. We have a son too. We are renting the house to pay our taxes and help us continually improve the property. San Diego is not cheap! Enjoy and take care we look forward to having you in our home.
