GrandView East sits closer to the sand than neighboring properties, so you can see for miles up and down the beach. A private pool and sundeck are located right next to the building.
This condo has a King in the master and queen in the guest bedroom. kids room has a full size bunk on main level with a single above and a single trundle below. AirBNB only collect 7 of the 13% taxes that are required

Had a bad experience the week we stayed. Lost power to the floor no ac no lights for a whole night, then couldn't reach the owner had to leave to rent a hotel down the road instead. Not something you want to go through in your family vacation.

This condo is awesome!! Check in and check out are super easy. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out in the condo, beautiful view and great to watch the sun set over the ocean. The condo is really close to yummy restaurants. We loved our stay here and plan to book it again in the future!!

We moved to Panama City Beach in 2008 and started managing our 3 condos and now we help market 70 units all in Panama City Beach. We love it here! Beaches, great golf courses, fishing from fresh water, bay, pier, and deep sea I love them all.
