Canary's Nest is a small 3 room private cottage, in back of a cute home, with brick patio, four large windows, and all is super clean and high quality. Brand new Queen sized bed in bigger room and place to eat, prepare snacks, and watch TV. Smaller room has double fold down futon couch and desk for work or study. The bath has lovely tiled shower with rock floor. Free Off-street parking if you have car, and on bus route, if not. Cafe, parks, Miss. River, ferry to French quarter within blocks

Perfect for what it’s needed for, sleeping and getting ready to go see NOLA. Kathey was very communicative. Parking wasn’t the easiest but expect that anywhere you go in NOLA.

Kathey was great. Superb location convenient by ferry to hit the French Quarter while staying in a wonderful quiet suburb. Very clean.

Perfect place to stay in my opinion. Clean, convenient, and upgraded. The Algiers ferry is only an 8 minute walk away and runs both weekdays & weekends. It will cost you $2 (and you have to have exact change) but is much cheaper than taking an uber all day. She responded promptly…

Great spot, private, clean detached house. Only issue was that its a bit of a trip to get into the city with the ferry or by cab but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall great stay!
