This is a good place to stay if you're looking for a inexpensive airbnb location while you're staying in LA. If you're looking for a more higher-end location, this is not the place to go-- it's best for travelers on a budget or those who are only going to be in LA for a night or two. In terms of location, it's not far from Santa Monica and the metro line is about 5 minutes away from the apartment. The neighborhood is friendly which was a big bonus! In terms of communication, my only complaint was that Sara did not inform me that she had a son (and it wasn't mentioned on her listing), nor that I would be sharing the airbnb with other travelers. Her son was sweet and the other people in the apartment were extremely kind, but that was something I wish I would have known about before arriving. She also couldn't find a house key for me to use, so I had to leave the door unlocked while I was out exploring. Overall, this was a decent airbnb experience, I just wish the communication had been better before I arrived.
