The room forms part of a newly built 2 bedroom flat in Stockwell/Brixton on the 13th floor with fantastic views across the London skyline. Closely located to the beautiful Stockwell Conservation area, and the large Georgian houses of Stockwell Park Crescent our neighbourhood is a mixture of old school tradition and contemporary housing. We live directly opposite a small park, Slade Gardens, which offers an outdoor gym, among other park facilities. A lovely local pub, Crown and Anchor, is within a few minutes walk as well as Booma, a craft beer and Indian restaurant. A good sized Co-op (mini-supermarket) is also within 5 minutes walk on the Brixton Road.

Closest underground station is Stockwell (Northern and Victoria line) which is less than 10 minute walk. Of note both Northern and Victorian lines run 24 hours a day during Friday and Saturday, making getting home at the end of a night out cheap and convenient.

Marie was a lovely host and gave us helpful tips on restaurants and places to visit. The flat was very clean, warm and comfy. Perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring London. The location is great, near buss stops and trains. Would highly recommend to stay here. :)

We had a great stay at Marie's place! The room is really nice, comfortable and quiet. A modern apartment with everything one could possibly need. Marie and Henry were really nice and Marie replied swiftly to messages which made the whole trip easier. The location was handy for public transport, but still away from noicy streets which we appreciated. All in all, we were really please with our stay and would gladly stay there again.

Second time we book this room: amazing room with attached bathroom in a gorgeous and ultra clean flat in a modern building. Super comfortable and clean bed and pillows. Bus stop just 2 minutes away. We appreciated the hosts willingness to make our stay as nice as possible. Marie is helpful and the communication worked smoothly. Thank you once again, we will definitely try to stay at you place next time we come to London.

Perfect! ***** An experience worthy of a 5 stars hotel. Starting with the fact that I had to check in really late and Marie made the process super easy, continuing with the room that is exactly as described and a view of London, to die for. Not to mention the details, like having an European adaptor ready to use, or the Time Out Shortlist guide to London, a towel that felt like it was giving you a hug :), a bottle of water and coffee or tea in the room. The super comfy bed and pillows..and then there was the balcony, to which there is direct access from the room... with great view! It's only a short walk to the nearest tube station and there are bus stations 2 and 5 minutes away. I whole heartedly recommend this flat and I will definitely book it again for my next visit. Thank you Marie :)

Great host (clear instructions) and welcoming. Very clean and stylish! Great Location (short walk to Stockwell Station Northern and Victoria Lines) and Brixton village (amazing food and shops)!

Marie checked in a few times prior to our trip to make things as easy as possible for both parties, this took any guess work out of our trip. Bar a very small blip in check in l (which Marie fixed in a minute, fantastic service as she wasn't home at the time!) everything went smoothly and the flat was absolutely ideal, great location, view and very comfortable beds! I used Marie's for accommodation for a gig at the 02 Brixton, and it was a perfect fit and 10 mins from the venue. Her flat is beautiful and I'd be more than happy to stay again in the future!
