Our property consists of 4 self-catering units which can accommodate up to 12 people (Sleeper couch or extra mattresses are available). All rooms are spacious and modern with en-suite bathrooms (3 rooms with shower and 1 room with shower/bath). 2 units are wheelchair accessible. Secure parking on the premises. Various shopping malls are nearby. Long or short term rentals are welcome. Our self-catering units are suitable for tourists or business travelers alike.
Unit 3 is on the first floor and nice and big. It has its own entrance and a sliding door to the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove top (one plate), electrical frying pan, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery etc.
The unit has its own en-suite bathroom (floor heating) with a big shower and toilet.
The total size of the unit is 36 sqm.

Guest will receive a key and remote for the gate and will be able to access the premises at any time. Late arrivals are no problem.

We gladly assist you with your travel arrangements if needed and Airport Transfers can be arrange at extra costs.
Dirk and I, we both work from home, so you are welcome to join us for a cup of coffee at any time.

Namibia is currently experiencing a drought and has severe water restrictions, therefore please use water sparingly.
We do have 2 dogs which we keep in our private surroundings when we have guests.
- Smoking is only allowed outside. Please do not smoke in the rooms.
- No strangers are allowed on property due to security reasons; additional guests need to be booked prior to arrival.
- Our pool is not covered, please check your kids that they do not excess the pool area (private area house) if they can not swim.
- The Washing Machine can be used at extra costs - N$ 65 per load
I was born in Windhoek, Namibia and love my home country. It is very special and unique with its landscapes and people. I am a qualified travel agent & tour consultant and have my own online adverting business which I run from home.
Dirk, my husband, also from Namibia will love to share with you his knowledge about Namibia. He was born in Maltahöhe and grew up on a farm and is hands on with lots of things. As a qualified diesel and petrol mechanic he worked his way up and did his qualification as Boeing Mechanic in Seattle. Dirk now has his own Real Estate Company here in Windhoek.
We both speak English, German and Afrikaans.
