Regulations for The Edge Apartments
1. Any Owner, occupier, licensee or servant of such being on the Complex between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. shall do so as quietly as possible and not cause any disturbance or annoyance to other owners or occupiers.
2. No trading or other commercial activity is permitted either within the Apartment or Complex.
3. Owners and occupiers of the Apartment:
* (a)  shall keep clean the windows of their Apartment, the patios, balconies and foyers, and the external areas of their Apartment, and in particular shall ensure that their Apartment is kept free from empty bottles, tins or other rubbish or refuse containers likely to provide breeding grounds for mosquitoes, flies or other insects or vermin in the Complex.
* (b)  shall not place or allow to be placed any drawing, signboard, show board, name bill, placard, advertisement or notice of any description upon any external parts of the Apartment or in any of the windows of the Apartment nor place any articles in any of the windows or on the sills thereof which are visible from the outside of the Apartment and which in the opinion of the Landlord after it is formed is unsightly, nor expose any clothes or any articles outside or upon any exterior part of the Apartment.
* (c)  shall not permit any singing or the playing of any musical instrument or the use of any electronic equipment or recording instrument so as to cause or in the opinion of the Landlord after it is formed be likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupiers of an apartment; or so as to be audible outside the apartment between the hours of 12 midnight and 9 a.m.
* (d)  shall not erect or permit outside the Apartment any wireless or television aerial or pipe or other obstruction nor do or permit to be done anything to the external walls of the apartment which will alter the appearance of the Apartment or the building of which they form part without the consent in writing of the Landlord or the Home Owners’ Association after it is formed.
* (e)  shall not cause any obstruction in or on the approaches, private roads or passage ways adjacent to or leading to any of the buildings on the Property by leaving or parking or permitting to be left or parked any motor car, bicycle, motor cycle, pram or other vehicle or object belonging to or used by the owners or occupiers of the Apartment or by any of their friends servants or visitors and shall also observe all regulations made by the Landlord after it is formed relating to the parking of such vehicles.
