Disappointed to have such feedback, despite you not mentioning anything else to me apart from the hot water. May I ask why you didn't contact my co-host who also owns the cleaning company I use? I clearly state on my listing that I live in Vienna and not always available and it is best to contact Joanna as she lives locally.
I did send someone round regarding the hot water and it turned out that it was likely to just have been used up by the previous guest (not requiring a plumber as you suggested) and you did say it was fine in the morning.
You are the first guest to ever complain about the cleanliness of the apartment and this has been a functioning Airbnb for quite some years now. I will refund you the cleaning fee as a good will gesture, however I am very surprised by this.
And, if you had asked regarding the parking permits, I would have told you that there is currently a residential dispute going on with the factors and the residents which is why we don't have new permits. However, the old permits work.
