La casa no cumple con las expectativas que da el anuncio. Desde luego que la casa es muy bonita, eso es lo único que tiene. Porque no esta preparada para que tenga un buen funcionamiento para 8 personas. El enlace con el propietario es muy difícil y complicado. Ya que tiene a Anna y a Simón como responsables de entregar y recoger las llaves. Para cualquier otra gestión ellos no se hacen responsables de nada. Entonces hay que comunicarse con Florent. Florent no está es España por consiguiente para cualquier problema físico o presencial el no te lo puede solucionar. Nosotros nos comunicamos por (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Personalmente la casa nos la entregaron muy sucia. Daba la sensación que la limpiaron muy rápido ya que no les dio el tiempo suficiente, porque veníamos nosotros. Tuvimos que limpiar la casa antes de empezar a disfrutarla. Tuvimos que limpiar todos los platos, vasos, cubiertos, sartenes, ollas, armarios de la cocina, pasar el aspirador por los sofás porque habían restos de comida de los anteriores inquilinos. El primer día no pudimos utilizar la barbacoa porque estaba llena de grasa y de restos de comida, y no teníamos carbón. Necesitamos un día y medio para empezar a disfrutarla. La casa no se puede utilizar al 100%. La utilización a la vez de el lavaplatos, vitrocerámica, la campana extractora, la lavadora era imposible. Porque saltaba el diferencial de La Luz. La casa tiene problemas eléctricos porque no tiene contratada la suficiente potencia necesaria para que funcione a la vez todo. Condicionaba mucho el día a día. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la nevera. No funcionaba y a la vez se quedaba pequeña para ocho personas. Nos vino un electricista que tiene contratado Florent, y nos corroboró que la nevera no funcionaba y que la casa le faltaba potencia eléctrica para pleno funcionamiento. Anna y Simón nos trajeron una nevera pequeña para poder tener los alimentos frescos, pero nos condicionó mucho en la estancia porque teníamos que ir a comprar diariamente los alimentos. Y tardaron dos días en solucionar el problema y por consiguiente tuvimos que tirar bastante comida. En el anuncio indica que hay dos cunas, lo que no dice es que una es gratuita y la otra tiene un coste de 10€ al día. Finamente no nos la cobraron, pero nos la dieron al quinto día de la estancia. Después de habernos adaptado a estos inconvenientes e intentar disfrutar de la mejor manera posible de nuestras vacaciones, les pedimos que nos dejaran ir el último día dos horas más tarde porque llevamos a tres menores y salir a las 10 de la mañana era un inconveniente. Se negaron rotundamente. A las 10 de la mañana ya estaba Simón esperando en que dejáramos la casa. La casa la dejamos mejor de lo que nos la encontramos, limpia, ordenada y recogida. Florent nos cobró 245€ por la limpieza. Pues al cabo de 5 días Florent nos ha reclamado una cantidad económica, por el alquiler de la nevera y...

Of course, the power may fails when you use many electric appliances at the same time, which seemed to be the case here. Nevertheless, we decided to investigate the issue by calling a technician ASAP. He recommended not to set the air-con units to a very low temperature, while using several heavy consumers (for example : oven/hob + boiler + washing machine + dryer). Regarding the fridge. After a power failure, the guest unexpectedly changed the setting of the temperature and reported it was not working anymore (we discovered the issue at check-out). At that time, we immediately provided an emergency fridge - that we had to pay 10 EUR/day - and never asked the guest to reimburse. We considered the guest was not responsible for that situation. Regarding the cots : the advertisement (on its web version) stipulates there is 1 cot freely available. When the guest asked how many cots there were in the house (probably because he was using the app version), we replied "only one" but that he could ask our keyholder to provide a second cot at check-in against a supplement. The guest did not immediately ask for the second cot and tried to accomodate the existing beds (he probably broke the bed light pin at that moment). The next day, he reported to the keyholder that one of his child fell from the bed and that he needed a second cot. We provided the second cot immediately - here again, we were charged 20 EUR by the keyholder for this extra service and to be nice we did not ask the guest to pay for it. Regarding cleanness : when you rent a newly built home with top quality furnitures and equipments, you expect your guests to treat your home as if it was theirs. Unfortunately, this guest considered that he had the right to break the equipment in our house and leave the house in extreme dirt conditions, only because he had paid. We had a professional team of cleaners who spent 9 hours removing all the traces that our guest left behind. Our keyholders who manage more than 10 properties in La Marina have never seen this type of behavior since they entered the business, many years ago. Finally, we asked the guest to take his responsibility for his action at check-out. When we asked him to pay for several broken items and additional cleaning fees, he refused. Then he published this wacky comment and threat to sue us for thousands euros. There is not much to say, except that we feel terribly chocked by the situation. We are considering to remove definitively our publication.

Truly a comfortable house for a family vacation. We traveled 7 persons and stayed in Florent's house for about 3 weeks. It is well decorated, stylish and well equipped. I will not hesitate to recommend this house to others!

The stay was amazing for the family. We were 7 people with young child. Communications with Florent was amazing, such a nice people and their hosts very nice. The house is brand new and really nice. I can't recommend it enough as it was perfect. The pool was very nice and it has a safety glass all around the pool so we could close the pool and no worries of young children falling into the pool. The neighbourhood was very nice and what amazed us the most was how much service was insight the neighbourhood and good restaurants. While our stay in the house i thought that we would travel alot during our stay, but instead we felt so good in the house that we hardly went anywhere. I even said to my wife and she agreed that we would love to go to Florents house again, and also how welcome we felt from our host. Thank you soo much Florent and family for your wonderful house.

I don't really know were to start...this place is absolutely amazing, pictures on website doesn't do any (URL HIDDEN) way more nicer in real life. Everything what you possibly would need for your holiday is there, it's equipped to the top standart. Having a safety gate for pool when holidaying with kids is big deal for relaxing and your peace of mind. Whatever we asked was made no problem, we felt very welcome. Can not recommended this place enough, will definitely return next year, fell in love with this house.
