Apartment 13 is a fabulously stylish, modern flat with lots of space and striking views across the rooftops to the golden domes of the Cathedral and Vitosha Mountain. Ideal Home magazine has published a feature story about it.
You enter via a wide lobby. Mirrors on the right hide a large storage area with shelves and hanging space, and there is low shelving on the right.
The spacious living / dining room is straight ahead, and a gem!
The light and attractive living area has a large window with blinds, a spacious white U-shaped sofa, chairs, coffee tables, flat-panel TV, contemporary lighting, and lots of shelving.
A door leads out to the private balcony, which faces west and overlooks the terrace and narrow lawns below, and the cobbled side street.
The dining area has a glass-topped dining table, seating for six, a sideboard, chrome floor-lamp, and a striking wall hanging which features Montmartre Sacré-Coeur.
The Italian-designed kitchen, comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, built-in microwave, full-height fridge, separate deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine. There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space for cooking. There is even a breakfast bar, which can double as additional surface for food preparation when cooking.
To the right of the lobby as you enter is a corridor with a floor-to-ceiling mirror on your left fronting a large hanging space, with shelves and drawers. On the right is a small shelving unit.
At the corridor’s end on the left is the master bedroom, a bright room with double bed, bedside tables, two built-in wardrobes with mirrored fronts, a desk with mirror and chair, and chest of drawers. A door leads out to the private terrace, which faces east.
From the master bedroom you walk through to the en-suite bathroom, which has double sinks, a bath, shower, bidet, heated towel rail, toilet by Geberit, and an extractor fan.
Opposite the master bedroom is bedroom 2, which has two beds, a desk with lots of storage and small white-boards on the wall above, two office chairs, a wardrobe, shelves, and a wall mirror. This room could also serve as a home office.
Next to this bedroom is bathroom 2, featuring double sinks, a double-length shower cabinet, toilet, good storage, a heated towel rail and an extractor fan.
In the opposite corridor is bedroom 3, which has a large window with a view of the Cathedral, two single beds, a bed-side unit with drawers and a reading light, a large wardrobe filling an entire wall, a desk and chair, a full-length mirror, and plenty of drawers. A door leads out the balcony.
The guest toilet is in the same corridor, with toilet, sink and mirror. This room has textured black and white tiles.
Next-door is the utility room, which has both a washing machine and a drier for your laundry, plus additional shelving.
In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has quadruple drop-locks for maximum security.
In the lobby, too, is the entry phone for greeting your visitors.
The apartment has wooden parquet floors and tiled corridor areas.
Unusually for Sofia, the whole apartment is fully air-conditioned – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that can get extremely hot. And of course it has full central heating.
This apartment has wi-fi Internet access already installed, and accessible from every room. You will find lots of other thoughtful touches including plenty of electrical points throughout the apartment.
Every window in this apartment has built-in shutters for heat and sound insulation. Should you wish, these are designed also to black out external light.
There are two Otis elevators serving all apartments, wide stairways & entrance areas, and spacious underground parking with automatic light sensors, and direct access via both elevator and stairs to the living areas. The parking barrier is operated from your car.
For your visitors’ parking: currently the main streets around Blvd Residence are in Sofia’s green parking zone.
Cleves Blvd Residence has 24-hour security, and video surveillance cameras monitor the entrance and common parts.
