Secluded chalet with basic amenities, good breakfast and great hosts. Thanks again Krystle & Ryne. Make sure you get your map from the host before your arrival. Highly recommend hiring a car to explore this part of Borneo. Visitors would enjoy the turtle sanctuary (during the season) but we had the beach and resting area to ourselves. Great snorkeling off the beach here too.

We absolutely recommend this silent and romantic place where you can easily relax in the chalet or at the beach, go snorkling or rent a scooter to explore the Kudat region by yourself. Krystle was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Simple, clean & back to nature hut. There's no network at all, no calls, no data, no Wifi. Basically you are isolated once you check-in (places around are also without/poor network). It's a great experience, and I will recommend to those who like "adventurous" because it can be dangerous as anyone/anything can just intruding the place and you can get no one for helps :-p. Still, I like the quiet night with moonlight and stars fill all over the dark! Be prepared that numerous bugs will accompany or distract your sleep throughout the night. Me & my companion have many bite marks all over our hands and legs, and it's itchy.

I couldn't recommend this place more. A beautiful hidden hut which is in a great location to visit the local sights but is also tucked away enough to have amazing views over the surrounding fields and jungle. The inside was modest and homely with great attention to detail and had everything we needed. To top it off the owners dog was super friendly and kept us company and the breakfast was delicious!
