My two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, one block from King Street, is a great home base for anyone visiting downtown Charleston. Located centrally on the peninsula, you can walk anywhere downtown, and we are within 20 min to beaches, plantations, and the airport. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and pets. We have two additional units in the same house that can be rented with this apartment- if available.

There are two bedrooms with one full private baths, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as ample toilet paper.
The kitchenette features a gas oven and stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee, fridge/freezer, large sink with disposal, dishes, utensils, as well as a breakfast nook.
The kitchen is open to the living area, with a loveseat, laptop friendly workspace (including a wireless printer), and flat screen TV.
The apartment has three wall mounted flat screen TVs with Direct TV and/or wifi connectivity; one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
You're also welcome to use our wireless printer free of charge!

Parking (IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CAR PLEASE READ!!!)
Our single laned, four car driveway is shared by three units and is only offered as car storage on a first request, first serve basis. If you are using the driveway you'll be asked to put your name, phone #, and car type on a whiteboard on the front porch. This is to insure no guest is ever unwillingly blocked in and everyone can coordinate accordingly.
1. Off-Street Car STORAGE
We have off street parking for four cars, but it is a single lane driveway that runs parallel to the house. Only the last car in can get out, hence why we are calling it storage. If you wish to park off street and don't mind the possibility of having to coordinate with another guest staying in another unit, you can park in the driveway. You're welcome to ask to find out what the exact situation is during your booking.
If you do not plan to use your car very much, we request that you volunteer to park in the very back, blocked in, and we will make sure you can get out when you need to.

2. Street Parking
There are spaces in front of the house, and further down Saint Philip St (just across Line Street). Most street parking is one hour or two hour parking (check the signs, some are different), and you are required to move your car within that time frame to avoid a ticket. Unfortunately, a parking permit is required to sit all day/night, and they are only given to permanent residents.
There are other parking lots and garage's within walking distance- ask for more information if the above options do not suite you.

We simply ask that you respect your neighbors and the house, and we will have no issues. Please note in agreeing to rent our house, you are responsible for for any and all damages caused by your tenancy.
