Located in the historical and charming borough of Santos, between Lapa and Madragoa, my apartment has a L-shaped living and dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We are in such a lovely location that this groundfloor apartment is flooded with natural light, very central and really well served by buses, tram and train.
I really love diversity, and every guest is equally welcome.
This is the ground floor of a little and old building, with only 2 other neighbour families, who are nice and friendly. The ceilings are low, the flooring is wood, and it feels like being in a boat!
Please note: although it is a groundfloor, there are 5 steps at the entrance of the building to the apartment.

Atención a los huéspedes
I let the level of interaction up to the guest, but if you are up for it I'm very happy to invite you into my life and mingle with my friends.
I enjoy share my own insights of Lisbon (and secret gems less touristic) and of course make suggestions about the city as well as helping with any information/recommendations you may need.
Sometimes I might be travelling while you stay here, so we leave this "interaction" pretty much at the mercy of serendipity and in the hands of the Universe!
Otros aspectos destacables
Excellent for short and medium stays, such as a family holiday in Lisbon, or a group of friends, or local experience of Lisbon.
Part of the year I live in this apartment, and that is when I rent 2 of the rooms. This is ideal for professional trips to Lisbon.
- Please respect our neighbours at all time
- Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm, if needed earlier or a late check-in please contact me in advance
- Live the apartment as you found it, and respect/look after my most loved books and other objects

I am a designer, creative and social entrepreneur, innovator and love discoveries (as most people in the planet!)
Lived in London the last 15 years, where I worked in academia, business and even helped build a charity to stop food poverty in London. Now (2017) moving "forward" to Lisbon (because Lisbon is a new city compared to what it used to be)
Love meeting people, developing ideas, challenging the established status quo and at the same time am very discrete, clean, organized, and totally respect other people and public spaces. When traveling I love immerse myself in the local experience, meet and discuss ideas with local residents and have a talent to turn everything into a great adventure!
