Warren did not send any message before booking. He used "Immediate Booking".
16 minutes after his booking, I had sent him a message warning him I could not attend him in this apartment as I did a mistake with the calendar dates. I am sorry, YES, I AM HUMAN. This morning a guest canceled and in the rush i have opened by mistake a date that was booked. Immediately I have called him to inform, and I had offered:
- option nº 1: to change dates and keep the same offer price ( 38,5€/night in September). He did not wanted.
- option nº2: to take another of my apartment for the same days, same offer price ( 38,5€/night in September) and with more beautiful view and closer to the beach. But he did not want.
So, YES I AM HUMAN and I have cancelled the booking after 16 minutes he has booked by immediate booking.
Now I am loosing my Superhost for a year.... just because I have made a HUMAN mistake !!!
