Large apartment with terrace located in the very heart of the vibrant Marais, one of the most central and safe neighborhood of Paris.
Rue Aubriot is a quiet small street, almost pedestrian ( near Rue Vielle du Temple, Rue des Archives, Rue Francs Bourgeois ).

The apartment, ideal for a couple or small family, can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons.
Equipped with modern comforts ( WIFI, washer and dryer, TV with international channels).
EXTRA GUEST(s) must be declared before your arrival. Extra guest(s) can stay in the apartment ONLY IF approved by me in advance accordingly with the max number of occupancy allowed for this apartment ( 6 persons max ) AND the additional costs for extra person(s) is paid at the time of your Check-In.
Extra guest(s) not declared is a breach of the Rental Agreement and results in immediate interruption of the rental with no refund.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT ( delivery of the keys, greetings, showing the apartment, etc ).
In Paris you will meet in front of the building entrance the local manager for delivery of the key at the arranged appointment.
Please note that usually Check In during afternoon starting 03:00 PM and Check Out before 10:00 AM, save different according depending on availability.
For your better comfort - in case of availability AND on my sole discretion - an Early Check In or a Late Check Out can be arranged on request.
* in case of arrival at the apartment after 7:00 PM , there is an extra fee 22 euro ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
* in case of arrival at the apartment after 9:00PM , there is an extra fee 34 euro ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
* in case of arrival at the apartment after 10:00 PM, there is an extra fee 44 euro ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
* in case of arrival at the apartment after 11:00 PM , there is an extra fee 71 euro ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
* in case of arrival at the apartment after 00:00 AM , there is an extra fee 110 euro ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
Early morning departure:
* in case you leave the apartment earlier than 09:00 AM, there is an extra fee 22 euro (to be paid cash to the local manager).
* in case you leave the apartment earlier than 06:30 AM, there is an extra fee 71 euro (to be paid cash to the local manager).
* in case you leave the apartment earlier than 06:00 AM, there is an extra fee 110 euro (to be paid cash to the local manager ).
In case of the main National Bank Holidays ( Christmas, New Year, etc ) an extra fee for delivery of key on arrival or departure may be applied ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
In case of late Check Out after 7:00 PM or Early Check In before 9:00 AM an extra fee ( 22 euro or more) must be paied to the local manager.
In case of your delay, once the appointment for Check In is fixed, my local manager may charge you an extra fee ( 11 euro each 30 minutes - or part of 30 minutes - of your delay ) if you don't advise her at latest 2 hours in advance ( to be paid cash to the local manager ).
PLEASE ADVISE ME me at the time of your reservation ( or at latest 20 days prior arrival day ) :
1. arrival time of your flight/train TO Paris ( and specify which train station or airport ) so I can figure out what time you could be at the apartment and arrange the appointment for Check In.
2. departure time of your flight/train FROM Paris ( and specify which train station or airport ) so I can figure out what time you need to leave the apartment and arrange the appointment for Check Out.
If you arrive by car, please let me know expected arrival time at the apartment and expected departure time from the apartment. On planning your trip, please consider possible traffic jam in the city center and around Paris !!!
In case of last minute reservation: for mutual interest, please provide immediately at the time of your booking ALL the information required to arrange delivery of keys on arrival and return of keys on departure.
RESPECT CLAUSE: Any abuse of my self or my staff via telephone, e-mail or in-person will not be tolorated and result in immediate termination of this contact with no refund. This includes but is not limited to verbal or physical threats from the guest and guests guests that are on the property during the time reserved. We will prosecute any crime or threat to the fullest extent of the law.
SYSTEM FAILURE: In case of failure of a system or amenity during your stay, ( including but not limited to, water, sewer, heating, elevator/lift, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, ventilating, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment), We shall promptly repair them.
You agree to permit access to the property to make repairs. We shall not be liable to You in damages, and no rebate or refund will be given for such temporary failure, provided we are repairing - or doing the necessary to repair - the system or amenity in a reasonable manner after having received notice from you that repairs are needed.
AMENITIES OFFERED: Everything will be done to make sure what was offered in any advertising will be in the property as described. There may be times when the exact amenities are not in the property. Every attempt is made to keep the inventory as advertised. A difference in amenities does not entitle You to any refund of rents paid. Amenities may be added or removed at the owner/managers discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for:
- The failing of any other company due to said company’s error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, gas, satellite, cable, elevator/lift, etc).
- Acts of neighbors such as: Construction, road repair and maintenance.
- Act of god (weather) and Civil Act.
You are not entitled to have a refund of rents paid.
However, we agree to do all that is humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible.
A local manager is available to assist you during your stay. In case of service required for your negligence, error, unskillfulness or for any other reason not directly related with the state of the apartment an extra cost will be charged you. And the cost must be paid immediately in cash at the time the service is provided.
RIGHT TO ENTER PROPERTY:
I and my local manager(s) reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations and improvements.
You must contact us immediately upon discovery of an issue and give us a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation.
DURING YOUR STAY:
You will take good care of the apartment and the common part of the building.
You will take good care of neighbors' quietness during night and day.
You will use correctly the recycling bins in the ground-floor.
You will use the equipments and utilities in a reasonable and eco-friendly manner.
You are not allowed to move the furniture or modify the electronics appliances.
You must advise us immediately about damage(s) caused or not by you so we can promptly repair or replace it for your and the next guets' better comfort.
ON YOUR DEPARTURE:
On departure you will leave the apartment in order: wash dishes and throw away your rubbish in the correct recycling bins in the ground-floor.
Dishes, pots and glasses must be properly cleaned before be stored.
Sheets and towels: not necessary you remove the linens from the beds. But you will collect all the used towels in the bathroom.
In case an extraordinary cleaning service ( in addition to the standard cleaning regularly provided after each Check Out ) is required by the state you left the apartment an additional cost will be charged you and will be deducted from the deposit.
The Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
- No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- The apartment is left in order and no furnitures moved; all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster; soiled dishes are cleaned.
- No keys missed or locks replaced.
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure ( ie: Check-Out before 9.00 am, etc).
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- No extra persons not declared.
- No extraordinary cleaning service ( in addition to the standard cleaning service regularly provided after each Check Out) needed by the state you left the apartment on departure.
- No complaints from neighbors about the noise level, the condition of cleanliness in the staircase and the proper use of bins for recycling located in the groundfloor.
- No violation of the smoking ban or violation of the NO-pet policy.
In case of damages or extra costs the Security Deposit will be not returned in full or part: the appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
In case of damage, the remaining part of the Security Deposit, if any, will be returned you once the damage is fixed and will be deducted also the cost for returning the Security Deposit.
The Security Deposit doesn't limit your liability: if the damage or the extra cost unpaid exceed the deposit, you agree to pay the appropriate amount of money based on the documentation of costs ( invoice, receipt, estimate of cost, etc).
In case of violation of the smoking ban the entire Security Deposit will be retained as a penalty. And you are legally and financially responsible for any other additional cost such as curtains' laundry expenses, etc.
In case of violation of the NO-pet policy the entire Security Deposit will be retained as a penalty. And you are legally and financially responsible for any other expenses caused.
In case of violation of the number of persons stated in this Rental Agreement the Security Deposit will be retained and you have to pay any other extra charge.
