The Reserve is a gated development completed in 2009 comprised of six luxurious waterfront residences overlooking a large swimming pool, set within 12,000 sq.ft of lush tropical gardens. The Reserve affords private dockage where yachts can be safely moored, ready to cruise around the Caribbean’s wonderful inlets. The property is on the waterfront providing both a spectacular view as well as a pleasant breeze from the Atlantic trade winds.
The unit is furnished with fully fitted kitchen, a utility room with a washer/dryer, a powder room followed by an open plan dining and sitting area that opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and the private marina beyond. Both master and guest bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces to provide the level of privacy and comfort you desire. Unit comes with secure car parking and private boat dockage spaces for your rental car or boat.
The architectural design of each unit enhances the Atlantic Trade Winds to cool the unit with a pleasant breeze all year round! Although each unit is equiped with central air condinitioning, the owners can only recommend falling asleep to the tinkling sounds of the Caribbean night!

THE A-Z RESERVE VILLA RENTAL RULES
The Reserve Villa has been called “The Reserve” as it provides an idyllic and exclusive place of retreat where peace and tranquility is assured. Yet you are within walking distance from all amenities of Rodney Bay such as bars, restaurants, cafés, banks, tennis, water sports, marina and much more!
We hereby wish that you, fellow guests or owners may enjoy the peaceful haven that the villa and gardens provide and to respectfully use the property in consideration of this motto.
A generous electricity allowance of 60 kW.h per day has been given to short-term rental guests staying at the Reserve. Upon arrival and departure the electricity meter will be read and registered. Should the electricity usage exceed the allowance provided, then the guest will be charged for extra usage at 0.50 US cents per kW.h. Please see Appendix for additional information on the average electricity consumption per person.
“Electricity should be used with consideration for environmental purposes. Please make sure to not leave the air-condition running or lights on when not in use. Please close all windows and doors when using the air-condition.”
Please note that only irresponsible behavior leads to an excessive electricity usage and that under
“normal” – “above average” electricity consumption levels no additional costs should apply!!!

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Daily Housekeeping Service is provided 6 days a week, half days. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but provide extra beach towels for your use.
The smoking or the use of illegal substances is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests who are suspected of this will be asked to leave the premises immediately and remaining rental funds will be forfeited. The properties are NON SMOKING.
Water, electricity allowance of 60 kW.h per day (see Additional Fees section), cable television, and internet are included in the Rental Fee. Facilities provided include activities guide, local maps, beach towels, bathroom towels, linens, room-safe, sun beds, on-site security, hair-dryers and toilet paper.
KINDLY DO NOT FLUSH
Anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars (USD 450.00).
The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. Only confirmed guests are permitted entry to The Reserve. No parties may be held without explicit permission of owner.
This property requires a four (4) night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate.
Parking is limited to one vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
Pets are not permitted.
SWIMMING POOL AND MARINA AREAS
Kindly be aware that the swimming pool and marina areas are not enclosed and that no life guard is on duty at any time. Children or non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. The owners, directors and staff are not responsible for any injury caused.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip!
AVERAGE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
This is a list for the average household consumption: (URL HIDDEN) which says the average USA household uses 908 kwh a month. If the average household is 3 people, then that is 908 kwmh / 30 days / 3 people = 10 kwh per person per day.
The owners first came to Saint Lucia over 30 years ago and have been coming back yearly since. They chose The Reserve as they felt it best encompassed their vision of exclusive “Caribbean Living” within a secure small gated condominium giving the sensation of being 'pampered in your home, away from home'.
