This is an absolutely “NON-SMOKING” house.

Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions without prior written approval.

Secure deposit of $250.00 will be collected by Airbnb if any of the following conditions are not met below:
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans located on side of the house, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• And unit is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• No early check-in or late checkout.
• Inventory list is complete and remains as was upon arrival.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by us.

CANCELLATIONS – must comply with the condition of airbnb

The maximum number of guests is limited to Three (3). An additional charge of $100.00 per person per night for guest in addition to Three (3) will be assessed.( 1 infant is not counted)

This property requires a Two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may required during holiday periods.

Rates include a one time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

While linens and bath and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included and not available. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. We charge $10.00 for each lost or damaged towel.
LOCK BOX KEY: the lock box has the key to enter premises and should only be used to open the door and replaced.
Please note that the house is located in a residential area, loud music or parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M. You might be asked to leave the property without any refunds if we receive any complaints from our neighbors.
Illegal drug use and under age minors drinking alcohol, or any other illegal acts on the property will be reported to local law enforcement.

Renters must park on the street, there is no parking restriction posted for regular cars and plenty of available parking. For handicap use and special circumstances,

We keep everything in proper working condition, however if anything is breaking down we will try to have it fixed ASAP. If we are unable to fix it due to availability of contractor parts etc. there is absolutely no refund;
No refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or
• A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Strom/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical/Hurricane Warning” area. We will refund:
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is schedule to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

DO NOT FLUSH anything other, than toilet paper and human waste.
No feminine products, baby wipes etc. should be flushed at any time.
If you clog the system you will be charged for all damages.

KEYS – Lost or Stolen Key charge for locksmith and replacement is a $100

INVENTORY LIST – All removable items have a monetary value. The items that are in the house prior to arrival must remain on the property in the place that it was originally located.

The vacation rental unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming 100% of the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please note, checkout time is at 11:00 A.M on last day of occupancy.
Please take all trash, including bathroom trash to the trashcans located behind the laundry room.
Load all the dishes into the dishwasher and run the dishwasher on normal cycle.
Turn off the heater / AC system.

The property owner, vendors, maintenance personal & property management are held harmless of your accidents, any injuries, theft, illness, illegal acts, violation of house rules while on the premises or its facilities. Guest, invitees and those you entertain are responsible for the loss or damage of their personal belongings or valuables. We are also not responsible for any damage to your vehicles.
By accepting these reservations, it is agreed that all guest, invitees and anybody you entertain are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and facilities inside or outside.

From the moment we inquired about Toni's place to the time we left we were VERY well taken care of. The place is immaculate. Toni even went out of her way to ensure the baby gear we rented was delivered and picked up. Our little family of 4 had such a great couple days, thanks to Toni. She's super responsive. And always willing to help. We hope to come back again!

Toni's place was perfect for my parent's and my visit to town. Not much in immediate walking distance, but many great restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and anything else you would need in only a short drive away. Kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook in. My mom especially enjoyed the outside private outside area. Definitely recommend!

I met a lovely man that I bet was your dad. It was nice having you. I noticed that you wrote not much in walking distance. The park is at the corner with tennis courts and a shopping center with restaurants, banks and movies 4 blocks away . Do I need to adjust my post so that it is better for our guests??

Great place with amazing location to check out everything major in LA. Friendly and responsive hosts ready to help whenever you need it. Clean, modern interior. Would love to come back there again! Highly recommend!

The place is really nice! A walk away from Marina Del Rey and a bit longer walk to Venice Beach. It's good to have a car to get to downtown LA, but Uber worked well (also in the night time). A nice place if you want to see Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach!
