Located in a quiet gang of the chic and sophisticated Petitenget neighborhood of Seminyak, you would never expect to find such a wonderful peaceful oasis for you and your loved ones to stay at. Villa Koyama features a large beautifully landscaped garden with tranquil fishponds, fountains, lush tropical greenery and a stunning free-form swimming pool with a shallow step-in for the little ones to safely splash around in the crystal clear water. Around the pool, there are comfy daybeds and reclining chairs to sunbathe and relax on, and there are tropical alang alang roofed gazebo's, to find some shade at. Perfect places for day-time snoozing, in-villa massages or reading magazines and books. There is also an alfresco dining table by the poolside for a delicious breakfast beneath the clear blue sky or a candlelight dinner beneath the stars. The alang alang roofed cabana bar is the place to get your favorite cocktail in the afternoon and lemonade for the kids, of course! The communal living room is tucked in a traditional Balinese pavilion, open-sided to the garden and located right in the heart of the property. The pavilion exudes sophistication and tropical elegance, furnished with beautiful antiques, stylish lamps and tribal artwork. There is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen for your usage, complete with a bar and stools to sip drinks together at any time of the day. There is a large and handsome timber table for family dinners, a sitting area with antique Javanese chairs and for entertainment, an air-conditioned media lounge is adjoined yet closed off from the living space by glass-timber sliding doors. Guest will have full, exclusive access to all the indoor and outdoor areas within the villa. In case the property is rented out with less bedrooms, unoccupied bedrooms will be locked.
Being welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality in your holiday home on Bali island, we expect from our guest that they will treat the staff and villa with respect and kindness. Please feel free to use all of the Villa's facilities, we trust you will handle them with care like you would in your own home. The number of guests staying overnight cannot exceed the maximum agreed upon in the bookings confirmation.

A bit more about us:
Yunia is Indonesian and Balinese, mother of one newly born baby named Garda. Most of the time, Yunia is the one who will answer your questions about our properties or anything you may request during your stay. She speaks Balinese, Indonesian and English!
Asri is also Indonesian, she has lived in Japan for 10 years. She loves cooking and makes great cookies! Asri is the person who ensure a smooth arrival for you at the villa, making sure the Villa Manager is aware of your arrival and that everything is set for you. :) She speaks Indonesian (indeed), English and Japanese (quite impressively).
Edouard is French, has lived between France and Argentina and love sports. Edouard role is to animate the team, he will sometimes answer your messages and meet you at check-in. He speaks French, English, Spanish, a little bit of Indonesian and tries to learn Japanese.
