Our housekeeping staff works diligently to prepare each home in preparation for your arrival. We provide an initial supply of tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent. We do not replenish additional products during your stay. Clean bed linens and bath towels are also provided. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive shortly after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect your home. All food and drink spills need to be cleaned up immediately. Food and drink spills on carpet and furnishings are considered to be damage not normal wear and tear. Spiked heels, golf cleats, etc. are not to be worn on wood floors.

The refrigerator needs to be emptied of all food and free of spills. Please do not leave any dirty dishes. All used dishes need to be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle. Dirty linens need to be stripped from the beds and placed in the laundry baskets provided.

Damage charges will be charged to your account in the event that excessive cleaning is needed following your departure.

No Guarantees
Working condition of air conditioners, cable, internet service, TVs, DVDs, appliances, etc., are NOT guaranteed. NO REFUNDS or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures and malfunctioning equipment. These amenities are extras provided in addition to the rental. Although all attempts will be made to correct the situation, some breakdowns cannot be prevented or repaired during your occupancy.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited on the rental premises. Quiet Hours
10:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. Monitored and Enforced! No loud music or loud conversation while outside the home during quiet hours. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy (which includes children) is stated in all accommodation descriptions. If you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time you will be asked to leave with no refund. This includes guests and visitors. Company rents to adults over the age of 25. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Special Events
No weddings or special events allowed. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises of any property. No exceptions.

Hold Harmless
Priority One Real Estate assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property. You hereby fully release and discharge, and indemnify, protect and defend Priority One Real Estate and homeowner(s) from all claims, damages, or causes of action by reason of any injury or other cause, and hold Priority One Real Estate and homeowner(s) free and harmless of any claim or suit arising from you or any other guest in connection with the occupancy of the premises. We accept no liability for stoppages of transportation, utility services, inclement weather conditions, or natural disasters that may occur before, after, or during a vacation home rental period, nor can we be responsible for any other conditions beyond our control.

One key is provided at the home and it is located in the lockbox. If a key is lost or missing, guests will be held responsible and charged a fee for changing the locks in the home.

Marc's place was perfect. Steps from the beach. You can't beat the view from the kitchen of the sunset over the ocean. We were 2 couples and felt like we had our privacy as well. Wonderful place and can't wait to return. Thanks Marc!

Terrific location- few steps from the boardwalk/beach! Very nice looking condo! Comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect size for our family of 5 over Labor Day weekend. Used the kitchen for most meals- had everything we needed. Grilled hotdogs too. AC was out, but Marc quickly brought over 3 fans. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

What a beautifully decorated condo! Spent 5 nights there with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. They utilized the back of the condo--kitchen, living room with Murphy bed, and bathroom (shower). The front of the condo has a kitchen, living room with pull out couch, bedroom, and bathroom (bathtub). The washer/dryer in the garage was amazingly helpful during our trip. Parking is terrible in that area, so the 2 car garage was a huge bonus!! To sleep with the windows open, listening to the waves...was extraordinary. Excellent communication with Marc.

This place is great for the price! Steps from the beach and central to everything you need. We were impressed with the amenities in this condo! Plenty of space and privacy for two different couples, and the two separate kitchens came in handy. The two car garage is the deal breaker! You don't find this too often in SD, let alone the bathroom/shower in the garage. Great for rinsing off before heading upstairs. Being directly on Strandway, there is a lot of traffic day and night. If the windows are open, you hear everything, especially people rustling through the trash for bottles & cans. We used the grill once, but really missed having a balcony or patio to sit outside and eat or just to enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, you can't go wrong with this place for the price! Marc is an excellent property manager!

Great place really close to the beach. Property is well equipped with everything needed. Very comfortable bed in master BR. Will definitely try to book this place again for my next visit to San Diego
