Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday. For emergencies only we are available 24/7. If you are unable to reach us during regular business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Check-in: after 3:00 P.M. Check-out: before 10:00 A.M. Please don't try to check-in early the day of arrival. Early check in is not allowed, unless already arranged as the cleaners need this time to prepare the home for your arrival. Directions to the house and key codes for the lock box are provided at time of payment in full. Pending schedule and home availability, an early check-in or a late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee. An additional fee will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-in’s unless previously arranged.
Our housekeeping staff works diligently to prepare each home in preparation for your arrival. We provide an initial supply of tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent. We do not replenish additional products during your stay. Clean bed linens and bath towels are also provided. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive shortly after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect your home. All food and drink spills need to be cleaned up immediately. Food and drink spills on carpet and furnishings are considered to be damage not normal wear and tear. Spiked heels, golf cleats, etc. are not to be worn on wood floors.
The refrigerator needs to be emptied of all food and free of spills. Please do not leave any dirty dishes. All used dishes need to be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle. Dirty linens need to be stripped from the beds and placed in the laundry baskets provided.
Damage charges will be charged to your account in the event that excessive cleaning is needed following your departure.
Working condition of air conditioners, cable, internet service, TVs, DVDs, appliances, etc., are NOT guaranteed. NO REFUNDS or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures and malfunctioning equipment. These amenities are extras provided in addition to the rental. Although all attempts will be made to correct the situation, some breakdowns cannot be prevented or repaired during your occupancy.
Smoking is prohibited on the rental premises. Definition of smoking: The term “smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer other tobacco or marijuana product or similar lighted product in any manner or in any form.
10:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. Monitored and Enforced! No loud music or loud conversation while outside the home during quiet hours. If management receives a noise complaint from neighbors during your stay, you will be automatically be fined a minimum of $75.00. Fines can be higher depending on the severity of the issue. Repeated offenses will result in additional fines and/or dismissal from the home.
Parking is allowed in the two car garage only.Parking is both monitored and enforced. If you have any questions regarding the parking, please contact Priority One Real Estate.
The maximum occupancy (which includes children) is stated in all accommodation descriptions. If you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time you will be asked to leave with no refund. This includes guests and visitors. Company rents to adults over the age of 25. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No weddings or special events allowed. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises of any property. No exceptions.
Priority One Real Estate assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property. You hereby fully release and discharge, and indemnify, protect and defend Priority One Real Estate and homeowner(s) from all claims, damages, or causes of action by reason of any injury or other cause, and hold Priority One Real Estate and homeowner(s) free and harmless of any claim or suit arising from you or any other guest in connection with the occupancy of the premises. We accept no liability for stoppages of transportation, utility services, inclement weather conditions, or natural disasters that may occur before, after, or during a vacation home rental period, nor can we be responsible for any other conditions beyond our control.
One key is provided at the home and it is located in the lockbox. If a key is lost or missing, guests will be held responsible and charged a fee for changing the locks in the home.
