The back yard is also used by the tenant in the back unit, Daisy. The back yard has a BBQ & lounge chairs to take in the fresh air. Long driveway available for parking. Parking is also available on the street—please be aware of posted no parking signs for street sweeping.

The backyard is absolutely huuuge, and the area is best in Long Beach (literally 4 blocks from beach), so for the price this California cool bungalow is a steal.
