My place is a cozy 2 bedroom, with private bath across the street from Madeira Beach. Access to the beach is just steps away, no long haul for lugging your beach gear! The local favorites: Mr. Ice Cream, The Daiquiri Shak, and The Brown Boxer just a block. Shopping and more. Bus stops for the Jolley Trolley 1 block away & provide access to all the restaurants and entertainment along the barrier island beaches.
This is an older establishment, and has a comfy lived in look. Newly added tile floors provide a cleaner environment than carpet! The master bedroom has lots of storage. The full bathroom off the bedroom, has a shower stall but no tub. The master bedroom has a queen bed, night stand, dresser, desk and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with closet and dresser. The kitchen has utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, electric microwave, small oven/stove and refrigerator. There are 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the console in the living room. Both have Spectrum basic plus cable TV service. We have added wifi service. There is a/c/heat unit you can control, and a ceiling fan as well over the bed.
We have provided beach towels and chairs for you to use at the beach during your stay; please take care with them so others can use them in the future.

Lock access laundry room is located on the first floor to the left of unit 7, key provided. The laundry room services all the units in the condominium.
Beach access walkway is conveniently located directly across the street (Gulf Boulevard). It is the law for vehicles to yield to pedestrians, so getting across the street is easy. A friendly 'thank you' wave at the stopped vehicles goes a long way to ease driver feelings.

There are over 20 miles of beach front living on the barrier islands of the Gulf of Mexico from Pass-A-Grill park in St. Pete Beach to Pier 60 park in Clearwater Beach. All the islands are connected by bridges so you can access everything. John's Pass boardwalk with Bubba Gumps and Hooters is part of Madeira Beach (one mile south of condo). There are multiple opportunities for rentals of all kinds: scooter, bike, surfing, scuba, fishing, etc. There are all kinds and all flavors of restaurants. Gift shops, Ice Cream parlors, and every kind of shopping. There are also medical doctors and pharmacies. There are bookstores and libraries. You can sign up for a visitor library card and get dvd rentals too. There are lots of fun things to do from miniature golf, to deep sea fishing, to sunset dinner cruises and dolphin watching. Clearwater Beach has the famous Clearwater Marina with Winter the Dolphin of Hollywood fame. All these things are accessible by car, or the Clearwater Jolley Trolley.
Other places to note are day trips to Orlando Disney and Universal Studios, Tampa's Ybor City, and Sarasota Arts and Culture offerings; they are all within 1- 2 hours drive.
*No unregistered guests. This also means no entertaining into the small hours of the night. If you have a guest visit for the day, they must park up the street at the public lot.
*Parking is for only one car, and only during your scheduled stay.
*Please be a considerate guest, the other units are full-time homes for the residents, and they need to sleep well, and enjoy their homes. Complaints about noise will result in immediate eviction with no refund for any remaining time.
*A key for the laundry room downstairs are available in the unit. Loss of key must be reported. If key is missing at checkout the cost of replacing it will be a claim against your deposit, which impacts your rating at Airbnb. If you notify us of a lost key with enough time to get one remade the payment can be made when the key is delivered with no claim against your deposit.
*Laundry usage: The laundry room services all the units in the condominium. Please be courteous and wash/dry/remove your items from the machines and the laundry room quickly so you don't tie up others needing the facilities. Please only use the laundry during the hours 8 AM to 8 PM as a courtesy to the residents abutting the laundry room.
*Please no smoking or vaping in the unit. We make every attempt to prohibit smoking in our units. The building has 10 units and each is privately owned and controlled. There is no such thing as a smoke free environment in nature. We have no control over environmental conditions. These are normal travel hazards. The Owner and host are not liable for adverse environmental conditions including bad weather and second-hand smoke.
*Be sure to bring sunscreen as the sun can still burn you even in the winter months.
