As this is a new residential building, renovation, fitting-out or maintenance works may occasionally be carried out in neighbouring units or common areas during the permitted working hours:
Monday – Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
As some neighbouring units may still be undergoing renovation, guests may occasionally notice renovation activity, construction materials or some dust in the building corridors or common areas.
Please be assured that our unit itself will be properly cleaned and prepared before every guest's arrival and is suitable for accommodation.
Nearby buildings or developments may also carry out construction works from time to time. No advance notice or construction schedule is provided to the host or residents, therefore we are unable to confirm the exact working dates, times or duration of such works. These activities are entirely outside the host’s control.
Temporary renovation or construction noise, dust or renovation activity in surrounding common areas that has been disclosed in advance will generally not qualify as a reason for cancellation, unit change or refund, subject to the booking platform's applicable policies.
2. Smart Lock Access
This is a residential building, and the unit entrance uses a smart-lock password system.
No physical access card or unit key will be provided for the unit door. Guests will enter the unit using the password provided by us.
Please do not share the access password with unauthorised persons.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge of RM35 per hour.
4. Cancellation & Reservation Changes

For this reason, last-minute date changes, shortening of stay or reservation alterations may not be accepted, especially when requested close to the check-in date.
