Este enorme (1.541 pies cuadrados), lujoso apartamento de ático es el único lugar para alojarse si usted está buscando un viaje memorable a Dublín. This apt is lovely overall with killer views of sunrise & sunset! But there are a few issues I wish we'd known beforehand. 1. The exterior of the bldg doesnt denote the address so its very hard to find. It's adjacent to Que Huong's restaurant. The cab dropped off at the address given us, which is actually down the block and across the street. I think it happens often as the old man who answered the door at the given address knew exactly which apt complex we were looking for. So we had to lug our heavy luggage down the block. 2. The apt is lovely and highend, but smaller than the pics portray. 3. The wifi doesnt reach to the downstairs bedrooms. 4. The hot water runs out, even w the switch on all day. So you MUST schedule your showers if everyone wants hot water. 5. There arent proper blackout shades so if you're into that, know they only have regular blinds. 6. We wish we could get access at the exit doors instead of having to walk all the way around the block to the front door and through the garden. 7. They had scheduled maintenance so someone had to enter the apt during our stay. Not a big deal, but also not ideal. 8. Checkout request was for us to leave the front door unlocked, which made us VERY uncomfortable. If anyone had entered after us and stolen or damaged anything, it would fall on us. That's super sketchy. Despite these minor notes, the property is extremely well maintained and well located. I think it was quite expensive for what it is, so I'm not sure we would rent it again. But we were satisfied with the one time experience. Moreover, the rental company seemed pretty professional.

Hi Jenny, thank you for your feedback, just to note a few things from your review: 1. The building is very easy to find, a quick search on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps using the address provided will show you exactly where it is. I’m not sure what address you gave the cab driver but if you enter the address into any sat nav or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps it will bring you directly to the front door of the building. We have tested this ourselves and have never had an issue, neither have any previous guests. 2. The size of the apartment is listed in the description, 1,541 sq ft 3. I have tested the WiFi throughout the apartment on my laptop, phones and tablet computer, neither i or any previous guests have experienced any issues? It may have been the device you were trying to get online with? 4. The hot water issue has been addressed by us and is now on 24/7 for guests. 6. The exit doors you are referring to are for guests at the penthouse to gain quick access to the street from the ground floor. These exit doors have never been used to allow people access to the development. This is the way the building was designed and built and we are not able to change this. The main entrance you refer to as “All the way around the block” is a mere 30 second walk from the exit doors you are referring to. 7. The maintenance job was for our handyman to fix a curtain rail that came loose from the roof when I was getting the penthouse ready for you at check-in. As a company, our policy is to correct any issue within 24 hours of us becoming aware of it. The handyman completed the job in 5 minutes and this was done when you were not at the property so fail to see how this was an inconvenience to you? 8. After all guest’s checkout of the Penthouse our cleaning team arrive at within 10/15 minutes to begin cleaning it. The building is very secure and is covered with CCTV so if there were any issues within this 10/15-minute window we could easily identify it, so no it would not have fallen back on your group. We do hope you had an enjoyable trip to Dublin.

Our family had a great stay at the penthouse apartment. Check in and out was so easy. Great location as we could walk to almost anything we would want to do in Dublin. Beds were very comfortable, decks on both sides provided great views. My teenage daughters used the sofa bed and only complained because the sun was bright in the morning. Thanks Stephen for a great experience.
