Check-out
Check-out time is 11am, unless organised prior. When checking-out, please leave your keys on the dining table, or if you're using the car park, place your keys in the mailbox. Replacing keys are expensive (Swipe $100 Key $60) so please ensure you leave the keys in the apartment/mailbox on your way out.

Cleanliness + Damage
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and dispose of your rubbish - the rubbish chute can be accessed if you head towards the lift, walk past the lift and turn right and keep walking, you'll notice a door to your right that says "garbage chute". Also, we understand that accidents happen so we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Please also move any furniture back to it's original position.

We understand you may not want to do dishes or take our your rubbish during your holiday, so we are happy to do your dishes and take our excess rubbish for an additional cost of $30 which will be charged after your check out. Otherwise please ensure all excess rubbish is disposed upon check out, and that your dishes are placed in the dishwasher & turned on.

Noise
If you're coming to Melbourne to party you've picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Serious complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave.

Smoking & Drugs
To keep this apartment clean and pleasant for future guests, we ask that you please refrain from smoking anywhere inside the apartment (smoking on the balcony is fine). Also, what you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we also have a strict no drug use policy.

Fantastic experience! From start to finish the place was amazing, location was perfect and JJ& Marnie made life so simple with check-in and check-out. Overall great stay and so appreciative of Marnie allowing us to check-in several hours early. For two travelers who had been on the move for over 24 hours, the early check-in meant the world to us! Docklands was so much fun and the room was perfect, clean, modern, and just a great location. Would highly recommend to all travelers. Thank you ZP

The apartment is located in a good location and all the items are same as photos as shown. A cozy apartment with well facilities. The host response was fast and accurate. Just need to take a bit note of the location of car park which was the tricky part to locate it.

JJ's place is central to everything - a great area to stay in Melbourne! The bed is super comfy and the TV, WIFI, Netflix etc is great! Tthe heating was very appreciated as we arrived on the coldest day in Melbourne for 30 years!!! We stayed for a week for business and it was a lovely home from home...... JJ was very responsive to any questions and quick to help..... We would definately stay again!

Beautiful space, excellent location for conference and train lines. Comfortable bed (even my wife said so!) Construction nearby was no problem while we were there morning and evenings. Enjoyed our coffee on the veranda.

This is a lovely and surprisingly spacious apartment in a great location. We walked from Southern Cross Station and checked in with ease. Communication with the hosts was great and they were super helpful and kind in accommodating our late check-in request. Thanks JJ! We'd happily stay again.
