Ever been in such a gorgeous flat in Hamburg?
You will find my wonderful 2-bedroom-flat in an old historic building in the center of Eppendorf, a waterfront of Hamburg. So you will stay close to the Outer Alster Lake.
Worth menitoning is the quiet and peaceful residential area while being located in the city. You will be awakened the most by chirping birds.
Perfectly remodeled but still in its traditional style my flat offers big windows which allow light-flooded rooms, elaborately decorated ceilings and well-kept hardwood floors. As you can see on the pictures, my well-selected furniture is a successful mixture of antique and modern.
Thanks to 105 sqm with 4 rooms there is enough space up to 4 people. As needed you can have a baby crip and also a child travel bed. One of my bedroom has a premium-quality daybed for 2 persons, so there is enough space during the day. The bathroom is state-of-the-art (shower and bath tub) and you will also find an extra lavatory.
And you will love my big and beautiful living room, which is situated next to the fireside lounge. You are right in thinking that I want you to have a cuddly and relaxing time – especially after you went sight-seeing. Just imagine: A nice glass of wine or our Hamburg beer, also delicate food from the Isemarket nearby – just in front of a crackling open fire! That will be your perfect start in a cosy and silent night in my dream flat. In the morning you could have homelike breakfast on one of my balconies.
My guests also like to spend time in my kitchen. In spite of refurbishment, part of the ancient designs such as the tiles are well preserved. I could snatch a gorgeous antique oven, which you can use as well as the new dishwasher and washing machine. There is a commodious dining area for several people to join comfortably.
And another plus: Of course you can use my WLAN free of charge! The WLAN is also coupled to the music.
Being a „passionate Hamburger“ I know my city very well and like to answer you any question. I will give you useful insider tips you won’t find in any travel guide.
Start your exciting Hamburg tour afoot or by bus just in front of my residential building or take the subway (located just 10 minutes away).
Due to its nearby junction to the city center, the urban infrastructure and waterfront, Eppendorf is one of the most favoured Hamburg quarters. Streets are lined with trees and the beautiful old buildings are decorated with stucco.
Many boutiques, trendy cafés and gourmet restaurants reside next to student pubs and rustic taverns.
One oft he most popular farmer’s market, called Isemarket, opens twice a week.
Gyms, saunas, public swimming baths – you do not want for nothing in Eppendorf.
First mentioned in 1140, there are 22.000 inhabitants on 2.7 square kilometer nowadays.
No smoking in the rooms, please. Smoking is only allowed on both balconies or outside of the apartment. No pets, please. I’m looking forward to honest and thoughtful guests and that you will enjoy Hamburg as well as I do.
