Perfect for visitors to Middlebury College and the Green Mts., Cornwall Orchards is a comfortable, two-hundred-year-old Vermont farmhouse impeccably re-designed (in the 1990's) to be a bed and breakfast. We serve our guests a hot breakfast using fresh organic or local Vermont ingredients. For early risers, coffee and tea are available at 7:30 (on the deck if it's nice). If we know ahead, we can easily accommodate your dietary needs. Travelers from all backgrounds will feel welcome and safe here.
On a college tour? Visiting historic sites? Stay with us. Your first-floor King bedroom, off the living room, has its own vestibule, ensuring your privacy. Wake up to a view of fields and forested wetlands. In the morning relax on the deck with your coffee and look out on our hilly meadow with heritage apple trees, one of the last remaining stands of the Witherell family's huge orchard planted in 1910. The Adirondack Mountains peek through the Norway Spruce trees beyond to the west. Feel free to wander in the garden, out back, or in the woods. Guests are welcome to read, play games, and work on their laptops in the living room, the nook overlooking the deck, or at the dining room table.
Disponible para huéspedes
We will give you keys to the house. We are a small and trusting bed and breakfast: the rooms do not have individual keys. The second floor is private and the first-floor kitchen and fridge are not for guest use.
