(Brand New Listing) Enjoy a wonderful stay at the iconic Ilikai Hotel. This HIGH FLOOR luxuriously renovated OCEAN VIEW suite features nearly 500 sq ft (47 sq meters) of tastefully upgraded space plus a nicely appointed lanai (balcony). Catch cool ocean breezes while watching marina ships sale off into the Pacific. Included garage parking is a special feature of this listing that saves $28 dollars per night. This unit is 100% legally resort zoned & all additional taxes are included in my rate.

Hospitality with Aloha is my specialty. This is a new listing, but please feel free to browse reviews from my other properties and expect a lot better photos soon. If you're looking for one of the smartest places to stay in Waikiki then you've found it. This luxurious OCEAN VIEW suite occupies just nearly 500 square feet (47 square meters), and it's recently upgraded throughout.

This open suite design features a queen bed and a brand new sofa with a queen-size memory foam mattress! Additional charge of $15 per guest for additional cleaning and laundry applies to each guest after the first two. No additional charge for children 5 years old and under.

Enjoy the elegantly renovated open kitchen with a new stainless steel refrigerator. The space is just right for cooking meals before relaxing to ocean breezes in the well appointed and upgraded suite room. After a fun day of island adventures, you can take a dip in the building's swimming pool or brand new wading pool and recreational deck, before retiring to the comfort of your welcoming suite where you can catch the marina ships sailing into the sunset.

There is also a private lanai (balcony) to enjoy the beautiful pacific ocean view. Every Friday at 7:45pm you can go to the hotel deck for a front row view of the Hilton Lagoon fireworks show. The apartment faces Magic Island at Ala Moana, so if you are lucky enough to stay during a major holiday with fireworks you will be in for an amazing treat!

The building amenities are too may to list, but the highlights include a restaurant called Cinnamon's, which is known for it's amazing breakfast and local food. For upscale dining there is a terrific top floor restaurant called Sarento's. There is also a great hotel market/gift shop, ATM machines, Aroma Cafe coffee shop, and other hotel amenities such as special event access available to all guests.

World-class shopping is a short stroll away at the Ala Moana Shopping Center or the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center. The Ilikai is also located on the Waikiki side that is close to the Convention Center and Ala Moana Beach Park. The Hilton lagoon and Waikiki beach are directly in front of the building as well as amazing off-property restaurants all around.

Housekeeping is done before and after your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged in advanced for an additional cost.

If there is no check-in on the date of your check-out, a late checkout of 12noon may be accommodated at no additional charge. If you wish to checkout later than this, ask about whether a late-checkout rate is available. When available, the late checkout rate is $80 and allows for a 3pm checkout. Availability for this option must be determined after check-in. For a confirmed late checkout it is recommended you book the extra night at the time of your reservation.

A folding crib/playpen is available upon request if available.

Eddie has a fantastic condo in the illikai, it has a view that faces the bay, is high up enough that you don't get to much noise from below. From the moment we entered we were wowed with the value for money, the same things next door would have costed double. The condo is well equipped with kitchen utensils, pots and pans and a big fridge and microwave, all in good condition. There's was plenty of linen(heaps in fact) dvd, books and games. Theres a pull out sofa bed and a queen sized bed making it perfect for a family of 4 or less. Whilst being a small condo you don't feel cramped in at all. It is air conditioned and has plenty of fans. It can get warm in summer and would have been hard to sleep if it wasn't for the aircon. Overall it's a fantastic location, fantastic price and very well equipped. It really feels like your staying in someone else's home and Eddie makes every effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Eddie was a great host, made our stay very enjoyable and easy. Provided detail instructions for everything and the place was clean and had everything we needed for our trip including beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie board.

Eddie's place was everything I expected and more. Eddie was responsive to any question I had as well. The suite was spotless with very comfortable beds and a well- furnished kitchen. The view was spectacular and it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony with coffee or cocktails. Located ideally to enjoy shopping, dining, water activities or any other beach fun. Thank you, Eddie!

Eddie's home is just as described. The location is beautiful, scenic and near absolutely everything. Having dedicated parking can simply be described as icing on the cake. We will definitely visit again!

Nice place with well equipped kitchen ( although we did eat out most meals. ) The views were great from the balcony but the afternoon sun made it a bit hot. Great communication and follow up from Eddie. Checked it with us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Very quick to respond to any questions. Still have no problems recommending his place and would be very happy to stay again.

we stayed here for 5 days as a family of 3 (one smaller child). here's why you should stay at this location. 1. if you have a car - parking comes with this location and it's a money and time saver. no daily parking fees (the hotel next door was $35-40/day to compare) and you can use the service elevators to directly go up to your floor. no need to stop by the lobby. 2. the place is clean and has everything you need for your stay (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, crib etc). 3. location is ideal especially if you have a car. you're right there in the waikiki area but you don't have to deal with all the car/people traffic trying to get in and out. 4. the host is super responsive and accommodating. easy to reach if you have issues but the information he provides for you before your trip contains everything you need. 5. one thing to note is the sun sets from the view so you'll get a great view of the sunset. but it can get hot outside with the sun shining into the room (but hey..you can get a tan by laying on the bed!) the balcony is spacious so you can enjoy eating outside too. 6. walking out of the hotel, you'll get quick access to the lagoon and also the beach. we found this area awesome because since it's kinda on the outskirt of the main beach area, it wasn't crowded at all and we still got the beach experience. it'll be our place to stay again the next time we're back in town.
