Belvedere apartment is located in a prime location, at walking distance from village center, shops, restaurants, and ferryboats but still in a very quite site. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (2 double queen beds and 1 king size bed) with air conditioning and 3 baths with shower. On the ground main floor there are living area, open kitchen, master bedroom with inside bath, guest bedroom, guest bathroom.
Laundry, king size bedroom and shower/tub bath are located in the basement.

- Belvedere apartment Rules The apartment required much effort and care on my part. I ask you to pay the same attention and care that I had, to offer you and the next guests a service that I hope you will appreciate. I don't feel about writing many rules, but those due to civic and good education. To write them would embarrass me and to read them would embarrass you. So I am sure you will observe those rules generally considered under gentleman agreements. First of all, Belvedere is a residence particularly quiet and relaxing, with just four apartments, where all the guests enjoy peace and tranquillity. For this reason everybody respects other people desire to spend peaceful time in Bellagio and listening to music at high volume is not allowed, especially after 9 pm, as well as having a party inside the apartment after 10 pm. I ask you also to have a quiet behaviour in the garden as well as in the apartment, especially during night time. There are few points that need to be specified anyway: The number of persons occupying the apartment must be the one declared at the moment of reservation. A number of persons sleeping into the apt. bigger than the one declared at booking time will determine the cancellation of your booking. The maximum number of persons allowed in the apartment is six. The guests are supposed to sleep in the three double-beds since it's not allowed to sleep on sofa. Persons different from those part of the reservation are not allowed to enter into the apartment. Please ask the property if you intend to invite somebody. The law doesn't allow the owner to equip the kitchen with food, for this reason I cannot buy food for you, and you will find just salt, oil, sugar and water. You will find a bottle of wine which is a personal present at your arrival. The apartment is equipped with washing and dryer machine. Do not leave the dryer unattended and shut off before leaving the apartment The apartment is equipped with air conditioning even if during remodelling the apartment has been isolated and its is fresh in summer and warm in winter. Please read instructions carefully since the machines are modern and designed to work in different ways; the person in charge of check-in will explain at your arrival the basic instructions. The parking space assigned to the apartment is N.10 and Marzia will show it to you at check in. It can fit a regular car or regular Van but not a huge one. In case you rent a Van that doesn't fit it must be parked in the public parking lot below the property. The narrow uncemented street after the parking lot is PRIVATE, ONE WAY and CLOSED, please take care to stop and park at space n.10 and do not drive there Make sure to close windows and to lock the apartment before leaving it (even for a short time) since once you receive the keys of the property you become responsible of it and its content. Check-in time: from 2.30 PM to 8.00 PM. In case of late arrival a fee of 25 € must be paid directly to the check-in lady. Check-out time: by 10.00 AM of the departure day. Daily housekeeping and final cleaning are included in the price, executed by staff of our trust and will be carried out approximately from 10 AM to 1 PM. Any change in times must be agreed with the property upon check-in. The bed-linen, bathrobes and towels are changed once a week. Before leaving the apartment every time, please check that windows and shutters are closed, TV, lights, A/C are off, no food or indoor accessories are left outdoor. If you go out at night leave the outdoor lights ON so that you will have illumination at you return home. Weather changes suddenly in Bellagio, sometimes with strong winds, therefore please check that the outdoor curtain and the sun umbrella are closed. I will appreciate if outdoor sofas and chaise lounges will be covered. If you break something, please inform the check-out person so that it can be replaced for the next guests. Tourist Tax of Municipality of Bellagio: € 1 per person / a night up to a maximum of 7 days to be paid at check in by cash. Children under 11 years old don't have to pay the touristic tax. If, at your arrival , there are damaged items inside the apartment, please inform immediately the check-in lady or the property. We could not have had a better experience! Marzia was our hostess who greeted us upon check-in, showed us around the property, and even gave us suggestions on local food to try and places to shop. She made herself constantly available for our large group of friends, all coming from different places at different times, and was very patient and gracious with us. The home and location were absolutely STUNNING! It was like living in a fairy tale every day to cook breakfast together and sit outside and look at the incredible view. The house was perfectly equipped, clean and cozy for our group of friends to celebrate our friends' wedding in Bellagio. We would come back again and again... :)

A great property with a stunning view. Good communication with Carlo, and then his agent, throughout. The property was as we expected with no bad surprises. A very comfortable place to stay with high end amenities and cleaned every day. It was also child-friendly, we have a very active 2-year-old and it felt safe. Bellagio is a lovely, little place with a huge choice of restaurants. It also has ferries going in every direction along the lake so it's well-connected. The best part of our stay however was the view from the garden - a picture postcard from every angle. Stunning.

I am a deep lover of Como Lake and in particular of Bellagio; I am a professional sailor and I started sailing on the lake when I was 10 years old.
At 16 years old I went to Bellagio by motorcycle and I always passed near Cà Maria dreaming to buy an apartment inside that property and in 2007 I fulfilled that dream.
