Enter the front door, put your bags down and hang your coats in the hallway for the time being and let's explore the house.
On your right side you will find the kitchen which is well equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, microwave and oven. Perfect to prepare a home cooked meal and enjoy at the dining table. At night you can light up the fireplace and enjoy a beverage on the comfortable couch.
Back in the hallway you will find a closet with the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies.
Walk up the stairs to the first floor to the living area. Here you can enjoy some music watch some television or get some work done behind the antique desk. The couch can be transformed in a comfortable queensize bed, guaranteed for a good night sleep. In the hallway you will find a seperate toilet.
Take the stairs to the second floor and here you will find the newly renovated bathroom and the master bedroom. There are fresh towels provided in the bathroom and there is even a bathtub to relax after a whole day of sightseeing. The masterbedroom has a kingsize bed and enough closet space to store your luggage.
There is also a baby crib available, let me know if you want to use it and I will set it up before your arrival.
Feel welcome, feel at home in the heart of the Netherlands, the heart of Utrecht.

Hi! Welcome and very nice to meet you :-).
Like you, I love travelling and love to meet people from all over the world. I currently work at the Dutch Central Bank, but have been working at the United Nations and the Royal Dutch Shell before. I love to provide a great experience for other people, especially from abroad! Hopefully, this will help me to prepare you for the best experience that you can wish for.
I have been living in in most parts of Amsterdam for the past 10 years and can safely say that I know this city very well. I am happy to advise you about all aspects including the world famous canals, the countless museums, the great restaurants, the 'brown' bars and many other sites! Of course, I know the 'nobody-knows-about-them' hidden gems as well....
Please, feel welcome to reach out to me if you have any questions. I am already very much looking forward to being your host.
