When you walk through the front door of this cottage you are greeted by high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas powered fireplace, comfortable furniture and a wide-screen TV all brought together with classic beachy style décor.
Once you step into the living room, directly to your right through two glass doors is a simple yet elegant sitting room. It contains another couch where one could gather for a nice glass of wine and conversation.
The kitchen and dining room area are a single open space that is well lit by large glass French doors that open out onto the spacious patio.
It has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite counter tops with comfortable seating. The outdoor patio is fully furnished and includes a BBQ grill.
The first bedroom is quaint but comfortable with two twin beds and small open closet in the corner.
The wall facing the inner courtyard is covered in two large windows which allow for massive amounts of sunlight and cool breezes to enter the room. Directly across the hallway is full bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk in shower.
The second bedroom is comfortably equipped with a queen sized bed and sitting chair that is perfect for taking a seat and reading your favorite book in.
It is complete with its own bathroom that is beautifully done with white granite counter tops and a porcelain tiled walk in shower.
The master bedroom is bright and spacious with white vaulted ceilings, a large window, hanging chandelier and a comfy sitting chair next to the bed.
The master bathroom has a double vanity sink with a bathtub and shower.

The neighbors just made us aware that house next door is being rebuilt. There was unforeseen water damage in the garage at the property so it will be serviced. Guest can possibly park in front of the garage for now. We will have to coordinate with the owner of the property and service providers. We will let you know what they say about the status of the garage. The street parking usually has plenty of spots.
