This charming 1 bedroom apartment is in Greenville's landmark 'Davenport Building, est .1918'. It has been restored & decorated to feel fresh & luxurious, in a style reminiscent of the 1920's. It's long and storied past can be seen in the exposed brick and well worn hardwood floors. Comfy linens, cozy beds and fresh coffee await to prepare you for your day's adventures!

The Davenport is a Greenville landmark and it's striking brick exterior with lovely interior courtyard always makes me think of the courtyards of Savannah. Over 100 yrs old, it is steeped in character & rustic elegance.

Parking is a block away in a surface parking lot for Davenport residents. You'll have your own private, ground level entrances and access to laundry facilities one floor down. Within a block you'll find shopping, gyms, restaurants, and salons and only 4 blocks to Main St or Bon Secours Wellness Center

The Davenport is a quiet Condo complex with mostly establish long-term residents. They prefer quiet, very respectful guests. Pets and smoking are not allowed in my unit, or in the courtyard.**Note regarding Coronavirus**

South Carolina has resumed welcoming guests to Short Term Rentals and does not impose a quarantine period. The safety of comfort of my guests is of the utmost importance to me. I've implemented the suggestions of Airbnb and the CDC into the cleaning procedures for my Professional Cleaning Crew, who have worked with my properties for 5 years. They have always been exceptional (see reviews;-) but will now be sterilizing after cleaning. For your safety, we do the following;

*A contact free, self check in (I am also available 24/7 by phone)

*Properties are left vacant for 24 hours before cleaning, and 24 hours after cleaning to protect guests and cleaners.

*All cleaning/sterilizing products in use are those proven to be effective against Coronavirus within 2 minutes according to the CDC guidelines.
*Special attention is given to high touch areas (locks, remotes, light switches etc.)
*Both solid and porous surfaces (rugs, upholstery) are sterilized. Linens are laundered in Hot Water and detergent and completely replaced with each guests (as always).
*Cleaning staff uses a mask and fresh gloves for each property.
*HVAC system has high filtration MERV 12-16 filters, changed monthly (instead of every 3 months as is standard).
*Common areas of the building are sterilized daily by Professional Cleaners.

The state of South Carolina has allowed multiple businesses and public areas to re-open. Restaurants are allowed to serve seated guests outdoors in groups smaller than 8 (and Greenville has many fabulous patios), but I anticipate seating may be limited due to popularity. Weekday travel may help you avoid larger crowds.

Other openings include; shopping malls, furniture, clothing and shoe stores, book, music and sporting goods stores, craft stores, flea markets and florists. State parks, boat ramps, beaches and churches have also reopened.
