30 Lower Stables is a gorgeous apartment just a few minutes' away from Maenporth Beach. It's recently been refurbished and is now packed with personality. The apartment sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and has one family bathroom, plus an en-suite shower room. You'll love the private balcony with its outdoor furniture and peaceful views of the bay. The owner has provided a travel cot, high chair and stair gate for your little one to use during your stay. The estate is set in 29 acres of established woodland - yours to wander, and you'll have full use of the leisure facilities, including the indoor, heated swimming pool. There is a £100 deposit against damages required on this property.

Number 30 Lower Stables is a gorgeous apartment just a few minutes' walk away from Maenporth Beach. It's a great location as it's close to the leisure centre, and has stunning views of the bay. It's decorated throughout in a cool, contemporary linen colour which is a perfect setting for its bold fabrics and eclectic mix of ornaments.
Open the door and you'll find yourself in the hallway with a cloakroom to the side, and along the corridor, a good sized open-plan living and dining area. There are two large oatmeal coloured sofas, covered in bright scatter cushions, and one armchair tucked around the corner where you could curl up with a great book, in peace, for an hour. If you need to check (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), you'll love having your own hi-speed WiFi. And if you fancy relaxing in front of the television, you can choose a DVD from the property's selection, or opt for FreeSat TV. And if your inner child wants to come out and play, there's also the Nintendo games console for some family fun.

The dining area is close to the kitchen, and the table easily seats four for an early evening supper or a riotous game of Cluedo. The kitchen itself is brand new, and features matt sage-green units and charcoal work tops. It's a practical space, but also a pleasant one, and there's plenty of space for everyone to take a turn preparing a salad for lunch, or a hearty pirate's picnic.
Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with its king-size bed and sophisticated, dark-wood furniture. There's a leather chair by the window, with a footstool for popping your feet up and admiring the view. Next door is the en-suite, also newly refurbished in cool shades of grey and white. The twin room is across the hall - it's bright and breezy in here with the natural light reflecting off the white bedroom furniture. The soft furnishings provide blasts of colour and sparkle. The family bathroom, fully tiled in dove-grey, has both a bath and overhead, electric shower to suit all needs.
Downstairs again, and out through the French doors onto the private balcony. Sit here and bask in the view over a lazy breakfast, before heading down to the beach for the day.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided in 30 Lower Stables, free of charge, to help keep your little ones safe and snug. We'll pop in a welcome hamper of wine, Taylors filter coffee, Smugglers tea, milk and a packet of Cornish biscuits, ready for your arrival.

Parking is directly in front of the apartment, and there is a returnable £100 deposit against damages required.
You'll have full use of the leisure facilities, including the indoor, heated swimming pool, hot spa, tennis courts and an attractive barbecue area.
