Welcome to Quail Cove! Named after our Nana`s love of all things Quail, we can`t wait for you to enjoy Cannon Beach and the ocean as much as she did. She built this home to bring together her love of the beach and quality time with friends and family

There`s space for everyone with two master suites and three additional bedrooms, comfortably sleeping ten people. There are four full bathrooms, with a soaking tub in the upstairs master suite. Two gas fireplaces make for a cozy atmosphere on the second floor and in the downstairs master suite.

Come together in the open concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, media room and deck - or find your own comfy corner in the third story reading nook. Day or night you can relax on the back patio, complete with fire pit and picnic style seating for the entire group.

Our home is just off the beach with views of Haystack Rock from the second floor and the third story deck. Beach access is just at the end of the road. After taking in the tide pools, you can rinse sandy toes and paws in the outdoor shower located on the north side of the house.

General Information - Our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our office is located at 115 Sunset Blvd. in Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the North on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the second exit into Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the South on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the third exit into Cannon Beach. Our office is on the left hand side of Sunset Blvd, just before Columbia Bank. Our office hours vary during the seasons so give us a call ahead of time to obtain current office hours.

Guest Requirements - You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Reservation cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The contracted guest is the responsible party for all intentional or malicious damage done by anyone in their party including structural damage, damage to furnishings, theft, unnecessary maintenance, and the need for extra cleaning beyond what is normally required at departure. Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

Cancellation - If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact AirBnB right away

Number of Guests and Cars - Quail Cove has parking for 4 cars and can sleep up to 10 people. Each home has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. If more people stay at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. No RV’s, 5th Wheels, or campers are allowed on the property.

Pets - Quail Cove is a pet friendly home. Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $54.90 per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges.

High Chairs & Pak N Plays - Both High Chairs and Pak n Plays can be borrowed from us on a first come first served basis. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if either one is needed.

Left Behind Items - If you leave something behind in the house please give us a call right away. If we find it we can mail it back to you, with the shipping charges dependent on the size and weight of the package.

Guest Responsibilities at Departure - Please do not strip or make the beds or start any laundry. All that is required is that you load the dishwasher, take out all of the garbage and leave the house reasonably clean and in order.

Smoking - There is no smoking (neither tobacco or marijuana) allowed in any of our homes. If you smoke outside please do so at the appropriate distance from the home and dispose of your cigarette materials appropriately. If anyone smokes inside the home, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. You will also be subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.

Supplies - Beachcomber Vacation Homes supplies bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats and rugs, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and coffee filters if needed. Please bring your own beach towels as the towels in the home are not meant to be taken to the beach.

Trash - Please place all garbage and recycling materials in the cans provided. If you have excess garbage, please bag it and let our office know when you depart so that we can pick it up. Your trash day will be noted on your refrigerator door.

Smoke Detectors & CO Detectors - Please check to see if you detectors are working and call us immediately if they are not so we can replace them. Batteries can die at any time and we want you to have a safe stay with us.

Key Codes - All Beachcomber Vacation Homes have a key-less entry system. You will be given your code at check-in, or if you plan to arrive after our office hours, we will call you with your code. The code will not work until 4 pm on the day of your arrival and will deactivate shortly after 11 am on the day of your departure. If you need a little extra time for departure, or if you are arriving earlier than 4 pm, please give our office a call and we’ll try to accommodate you if we can.

Unforeseen Circumstances - Even the best made plans can hit a snag and renting a vacation home is no different. If your home becomes unavailable due to plumbing, electrical or heating issues, roof damage or anything else beyond our control that makes it uninhabitable, we will try to move you to a comparable home. If a comparable home is not available, Beachcomber will give you the option of receiving a refund or choosing an upgraded home, subject to availability. If you choose an upgraded home, any increase in rental rate will be your responsibility.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless - Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and Beachcomber Vacation Homes and its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from any and all claims, , causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys fees, and costs, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the reservation and/or use occupancy or rental of the home or property specified in this Guest Reservation Contract.

Legal - In the event of a breach of this Guest Reservation Contract or dispute concerning its interpretation or enforcement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party’s costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred.

This house is clearly designed by a thoughtful person for large families with a wide age spread. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the ground level, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor where the kitchen, dining area, TV room, and living room are located, and up on the third level is a tiny crows nest of a room with a twin bed in it (no bath, just that cute little bed). Six members of our extended family stayed there for three nights and thought it was a fabulous house. Great sound proofing -- sleeping children couldn't hear adult conversation in living room, or footsteps. Appliances worked well as did the showers and other plumbing. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds (all of them looked like queens) were all comfy with nice linens. Everything was the quality I'd want in my own home. The house was spotless when we arrived. There is a closet with toys and books and outside is a stash of buckets for building sand castles. Access to the beach is at the top of the street, via a long set of stairs and a path. You come out onto a wide expanse of deep sand, then arrive on hard-pack sand almost directly across from Haystack Rock (which is lovely, especially at low tide when you can see sea creatures that cling to it).

Everything was great during our stay at Quail Cove at Cannon Beach! The house had plenty of space and was well-prepared for our arrival. It is a short walk to the beach as well as to restaurants and shopping. Cannon Beach is a great place to visit.

Great home. Very large and comfortable. Great location. Owners were very nice to bring in a hair dryer for my girls before we got there. Check in and out is very easy. Home is equipped with everything you need.

You will not be disappointing. The home is great. Every room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and great room are spacious. Super location, just a short walk to the beach and Haystack Rock. We loved it!!

Such a lovely stay at the Quail house. You are 25 ft from the stairs to the beach, have a great view, and the town is around the corner. Would highly recommend this home if you want to see cannon beach!
