Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed rental agreement, photocopy of valid Driver’s License (or proper ID) and 40% down payment. For best results please take a photo picture of your ID and email it to us or text it to ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in is at 4pm: if you would like to check in before 4pm you MUST contact our office one day prior to your arrival to see if an early check in is possible.
• Check-out is at 11am: if you would like to check out past 11am you MUST contact our office prior to the check out time to see if a later check out is possible. A penalty of $50 will be charged for early arrival or late departure. An additional night stay will be charged in extreme cases of late departure.

• You will receive driving directions to your cabin/property and the key code AFTER completing this agreement and after providing a clear copy of your ID.
• Please Print Directions we will provide you with, as GPS and cell services are unreliable.
• You Do Not need to stop to our office when check-in-in, please go straight to your cabin.

Payment Policy

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX; No booking is allowed without valid credit card.
• A 40% deposit is charged to your credit card at booking, the remaining 60% balance will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days before arrival; failing to pay the balance in a timely manner could result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Reservation made less than two weeks before arrival will be paid in full at booking.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

• Any cancelation 14 days prior to arrival will result in full refund, less $50 transaction fee for 1-2 bedroom cabins, and $100 for 3-5 bedroom cabins.
• Cancelations 14 days or less from arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of entire payments unless you opted for the Emergency Cancelation Fee at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
• In order to cancel you need to call us at ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) AND e-mail (EMAIL HIDDEN)
• We do not issue refunds for early departures unless you purchased the ECP
• There should be no expectation of refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compassions for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, act of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages, TV services outages, internet outages, or water outages.

Reservation Change Policy

We only allow a one-time change to your initial reservation and the following must occur:
• There will be a $50 change fee to any property or date changes
• Send an e-mail to (EMAIL HIDDEN) requesting reservation change.
• Check online calendar for availability and give us a call to explore available options
• Completion of new rental Agreement reflecting changes made.
• Changes can only be made up to 14 days prior to your arrival.

Service/Maintenance Call Policy

• Please go through your cabin/property upon arrival to ensure everything is as expected.
• Report any issue right away and allow us up to 24 hr. to address the situation. If we can’t resolve cabin related issues in a reasonable amount of time, you will have the option to move to another cabin. If no cabin is available, you may leave and we’ll reimburse you for the nights lost.

Pets Policy

• Only dogs are allowed; most of our properties are pet friendly, please check amenities tab on cabin page.
• Pets are NOT allowed in the beds.
• Any excessive cleaning required due to pet hair, etc. will result in an additional charge.
• Pets MUST be crated when left alone inside the cabin.
• Pets MUST be in the leash at all times when outside the cabin.
• If you booked a Non-Pet Friendly property and pets or evidence of pets are found on the premise you will be charge a $200 fee.

Trout Fishing Policy

• We offer trout fishing in our stocked pond and the Blue Creek; license is not required
• Fishing season is from March 1st to December 1st Please bring your own fishing equipment.
• Keep your pet in the leash at ALL times when fishing or walking around!
• The fishing package allows you to catch up to 10 trout during your entire stay
• No catch and release at the trout pond; if you don’t want to keep the trout please call our office and someone will come and get the trout.

Smoking and cigarette butt littering is strictly forbidden inside the property and will result in a $200 fee and eviction if violated.

Property Occupancy Policy

Each property has a specific maximum occupancy (includes adults and children). Make note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the cabins before making your reservation. This policy is strictly enforced. Bringing more guests that that of the reservation could result in immediate departure with no refund, and/or an additional charge of $200.

Discounts Policy

• To Qualify for 10% Group Discount, you must rent at least 5 cabins for 2 nights minimum.
• Discounts must be mentioned at time of reservation for it to be valid. We will not be able to add or adjust any discounts after the reservations have been submitted.

BBQ/Fire Regulations

• Firewood: Blue Creek Cabins does supply firewood. We sell it for the cost we pay per bundle and you must purchase a minimum of three bundles to have it delivered to your cabin. Please call our office for the current price. You can also purchase fire wood at most conveniences stores and shopping centers.
• Gas, Electric or Wood burning fireplaces are seasonal from October 1st through April 15th. Only hardwood or Dura flame type logs shall be burned in wood burning fireplaces. No other item including but not limited to; charcoal, lava rocks, accelerants, etc. will be burned in wood log fireplaces. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by burning items in the fireplace. Guests further agree that no fire will be left unattended.
• Fire pits must have adult supervision and fire must be contained within the fire pit. Building fires on the property without a fire pit, or outside the provided fire pit is strictly prohibited.
• BBQ Grills: do not move or place charcoal BBQ grill on the deck
• Propane for Gas BBQ Grills is provided by Blue Creek Cabins


Blue Creek Grounds/Gardens/Trails

• The Blue Creek Cabins development is a park-like setting on 37 acres. Please enjoy the great outdoors, but respect the privacy of other guests, and do not wonder out of our boundaries. The area surrounding the Blue Creek Cabins development is private property.
• Preserve nature as it is. Leave all flowers, wood, and anything else on the grounds as it is. Taking anything from the grounds is strictly prohibited.
• DO NOT enter fenced gardens without asking for permission. Tours of the gardens and available upon request. NO Smoking around the gardens.
• Be aware of our free-range chickens and keep your pet in the leash at all times.

Blue Creek Weddings

• Blue Creek Weddings is part of Blue Creek Cabins and offers an outdoor venue by the rushing Blue Creek and an indoor setting at our Serenity Chapel, also called Serenity for Two cabin.
• If you hold a Wedding at Serenity for Two Chapel, by the Blue Creek or any other cabin without prior notice and securing a package, you will be charged a minimum of $1,000.00 for your event.

Check Out Requirements

• You are responsible for cleaning up your own kitchenware/dishes, grill and fireplace prior to departure. Please put ashes in the fire pit if available. IF there is no fire pit, leave the ashes in the fireplace. You are requested to leave the premises in a reasonably clean condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may be added if excessive cleaning is required.
• Trash: On departure please take all trash and place in a trash bag and leave in the trash cans provided outside the cabin.

Guidelines & Instructions
• Lost or misplaced keys- There will be a $50 charge for lost or misplaced keys.
• Descriptions of the cabins are deemed accurate but may be subject to change. We have the right to change the cabins amenities such as the furnishings, equipment, and anything other to improve the cabin.
• There is absolutely no ATV, dirt bike, or any other type of off road vehicle use at any of the cabins or on the property of the entire Blue Creek Development. Use of an all-terrain vehicle at a cabin or on any of the premises will result in a $200.00 charge plus possible further collection(s) due to damage. This may also result in being asked to leave without a refund.
• Hot Tub Instructions: Do not add anything to the hot tub (including, but not limited to bubble bath, bath oils, etc.). Doing so will result in an additional cleaning fee. Make sure you remove all lose clothing, jewelry, and hair accessories before getting in the hot tub. Make sure you place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when you are not using the hot tub. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN SPA TOWEL!
• Shooting guns at any of the Blue Creek Cabins properties is prohibited.
• Flushing sanitary napkins down the commode will result in major damage to the septic system. A minimum of $250 expense to repair the septic system will be charged to your credit card.
• Intentional Damage will be charged to the credit card; damage caused while “drinking alcohol” is considered intentional damage.
• Bad weather can cause problems such as loss of power and water. We cannot be held responsible for weather related problems.
• The rental agent may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency, but will use its best efforts to give 24-hour notice for normal maintenance or sales inspections.
• All of the cabins have either satellite or cable. We do not guarantee any particular channels or packages, you cannot order pay per preview. We are not responsible for cable or satellite service interruptions and we will not give any refunds for issue of outages.
• All cabins are treated by a professional pest control company on regular bases. However, guests are in the mountains and woods and depending upon the time of year, may encounter Bear, Deer, Turkey, Ladybugs, Carpenter Bees, Wasps, Scorpions, Ticks, Ants, Chiggers, etc. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly and to bring insect repellent for outdoors activities. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT will be offered.
• Most cabins are on gravel roads. The Helen area is mountainous, and therefore some roads and /or driveways may be slightly steep. If you are arriving by motorcycle or will be towing a trailer, please review the cabin amenities to see if it is trailer accessible, or contact us prior to making a reservation so we may determine which cabin location will allow for easiest access.
• In case of a breakdown of any property equipment, guests must notify Blue Creek Cabins immediately to make the necessary repairs.
• In the event of an emergency, call 911. While power outages are out of our control, we would appreciate notification.
• Blue Creek Cabins is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you leave any items in your cabin we will be happy to return them, if found, for the cost of mailing plus a small fee. You MUST notify us within 2 weeks of your departure. Please check carefully before leaving the cabin.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that Guests shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident or injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to Guests use of the premises or the items of personal property provided by Blue Creek Cabins, the Owner at Guests request. Guests shall inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of such items prior to using them. Guests hereby agree to INDEMNIFY and hold Blue Creek Cabins, employees, owners and officers; and/or Homeowners harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Guests use of premises or the items of personal property provided therein. Guests hereby agree to hold Blue Creek Cabins and/or home owner, its Agents, employees and officers harmless and to indemnify same against any and all claims which may arise during and after the course of rental as a consequence of any acts or omissions of Blue Creek Cabins and/or cabin owner, its Agents, employees and officers. Guests assume the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold owner and its Agents harmless with respect there to.

I agree that I have read and that I am in agreement to all of Blue Creek Cabins policies and sign this agreement for all guests staying in my cabin and am aware of the fact that a failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the cabin without a refund.
