We actively use the AirBnB portal and messaging center to keep up and communicate with the guests. Also, since we have an owners presence in the building ( when professional obligations permit), the tenants can meet owner for additional information. We like not to intrude into your space and thus provide complete privacy. We approach you when absolutely necessary and expect you to contact us when required. Please use AirBnB's messaging systems and other mutually convenient communication mechanisms . This is the preferable method.
We have hired English speaking help to assist us maintain the building and apartment, This helps both our international visitors as well as persons from all parts of India who may not know Kannada , the local language of the state of Karnataka.

-Accommodation and pricing is for 4 people. Apartment can be rented out for a maximum of 5 with an additional charge for the 5th guest per night. Requests for renting space made for more than 5 people will not be entertained.
-Parking for 1 car available in the basement of apartment building
- A security guard is posted at the entrance of the building
- Daily housekeeping provided for an extra charge for weekly/monthly renters
- The apartment has been listed as non- airconditioned. However, there is an air conditioner in one of the two bedrooms.
