The property has been recently decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all you need. The house itself is in a perfect location; it is just a 5-minute walk from the village centre with its traditional pubs, tearooms and shop. The National Trust’s wide sweeping sandy beach and headlands are also just a 10-minute walk away.
Downstairs there is a large comfortable sitting room with a dining area for 8 people, an additional snug room, a downstairs W.C, a utility/boot room and an extensive family kitchen with table and chairs. Both the kitchen and the living room have large French doors which lead out to the patio area and beautifully landscaped mature garden, creating the perfect opportunity for inside / outside living. Outside the kitchen window, there is a herb garden, which guests are welcome to enjoy. Upon arrival, guests will also find a welcome pack containing local produce.
The garden is a stunning, mature garden with plenty of interesting and colourful flowers, bushes and shrubs. Nestled around the garden, guests will find plenty of different seating areas, including a comfy swing seat, to ensure there will always be a sunny spot to relax in. The garden has been designed with both relaxing and socializing in mind, and has a variety of tables and chairs and a built-in BBQ for guests to enjoy some alfresco dining. This beautiful garden is centered around an ornamental water feature (with safety cover) providing tranquil sounds of water so guests can truly relax and unwind and simply get away from it all. In addition, the garden also offers a fire-pit with seating around, perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings outside.
Upstairs there are 4 spacious and comfy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also has an en-suite shower room and a king-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are a double and a twin. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage and a TV. High quality, luxurious bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
There is a further family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
If you are visiting Cornwall in the winter months, you will find this property lovely and comfortable, with underfloor heating and a wood burner (with logs provided), this property is perfect for those cosy winter evenings snuggled in front of the fire.
There is driveway parking for 2-3 cars.
Crantock Beach has something for everyone, from great waves for body boarders and surfers, water sports tuition and hire for the young at heart and sand dunes for the children to explore and seasonal lifeguards to keep you safe.
The River Gannel estuary is idyllic for waterside walks, bird watching and paddle boarding.
Newquay, with a variety of attractions, restaurants, beaches and adventure activities is only 3 miles away.
Crantock is also a great central location for accessing a number of Cornwall’s best tourist attractions, including the Eden Project, the cathedral town of Truro, St Michael's Mount and the stunning harbour towns of St Ives and Padstow.

Guests will be greeted when they arrive, given a key and shown around. We live nearby and are happy to assist guests when requested, but otherwise we leave guests to enjoy a peaceful uninterrupted relaxing break in the property.

Up to two pets are welcome at the property, if you would like to bring any more, please contact us first. Pets are not allowed upstairs and stair gates are provided to assist with this.
If you would like to book 6 nights, please check the price of 7 nights first, due to the discount for week bookings, often the automated price for 7 nights is cheaper than for 6 nights.
