Villa Laura, built in 1905 with the Art Nouveau distinguishing factors, overlooks a large garden being completed while the three double suites, the single room and the common spaces (living rooms, breakfast room) had been recently renovated.
The two-storey house has: a large entrance hall as reception, a breakfast room, two large living rooms completely available for the guests, three double suites with private bathroom and living room and a single room with private entrance and a bathroom equipped to accommodate disabled people.
Breakfast is included and made with local products from biological farm from the territory.

Guests have access to all common spaces: breakfast room, living rooms, garden.
Each room is equipped with television, independent cooling and heating system.
Except for the single room, in the other three rooms the guests can ask to add one or two beds for their children in the living room. The service does not have a charge for children up to 2 years old, for children from 2 to 16 years old this costs an additional 15 € per night per bed.

The accommodation has been run by two very friendly young people who welcome the guests, make the breakfast and assist and help guests both before arrival and during their stay. Their contacts will be provided after the booking.
It’s kindly requested to communicate the arrival time and the check-out is between 8 and 10.30 am.

Villa Laura Agritourism is in the countryside, in a very quiet area on a dead-end street leading to the Taro river. It is the perfect place where to spend the holidays remaining close to Parma city. It is also convenient for those who have business or want to take part to the events at Parma Exhibition Centre.
The guest must pay the residence tax of 1.5 € per person per night (children are free).
