Looking inland from the water, this expansive home looks more like a hotel, with two huge piggy-backed decks spanning the length of the structure. Inside, however, the spacious living area with its floor to ceiling stone fireplace and plush furniture has a warmth accentuated by the beautiful hardwood floors. Since you're right on the water in this home, distances are reckoned by both boat and by car. By car, however, they range in distance from 10 to 25 minutes away. If you're staying in, this uniquely designed kitchen flows seamlessly from the living area and has everything your chef will need to whip up a great meal. Cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a long marble counter punctuated with plenty of outlets are tucked into one long wall, allowing ample space for prep work and clean up. Within a hundred miles of Coeur d'Alene you'll find 50 lakes and 3 national forests. With that comes plenty of boating, waterskiing, hiking, kayaking and fishing. There are 3 theme water parks nearby. Golfers: tee-up at one of 8 golf courses in the Coeur d'Alene area. Shoppers: choose from 125 retail shops by the lake. For skiers, there are 5 ski areas from within 48 to 90 miles from the city. You'll also find a winery, spas, and theaters in Coeur d'Alene.

Violators will be towed. Neighbors watch for violations of these stipulations and have zero tolerance and will call owner and police. PLEASE RESPECT THESE WARNINGS. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am for this property must be adhered to and violations in the past have led to eviction of guest, so please remember the "Good Neighbor Policy" and enjoy your stay.
Parking is very restricted at this location with a 4 vehicle maximum (no exceptions please) with a strictly enforced guideline of no parking that blocks the next neighbor's access (see signage on neighbor's gate). Towing at vehicle owner's expense will result in even temporarily blocking of neighbor's gate entrance or parking in other neighbors drives and parking overflow area's.
*Should you have additional vehicles or guest vehicles that exceed the 4 allotted parking spots, you may park them at the boat launch area less than 4 blocks from the property and shuttle your guest from there (see parking rules posted at the boat launch which are also strictly enforced by the county).
**The neighbor's are understandably very sensitive about these parking guidelines/rules being followed from previous violations and your co-operation is sincerely requested in following them.
***Winter access may be hindered if there is snow. House is the last one on a dead-end road. Traction devices or 4x4 recommended in winter.
