You'll never have to leave a friend or family member behind in this spacious home offering two separate living quarters, an enclosed yard, and a central location for parties of eight. Celebrate a special occasion or family reunion riding bikes into the foothills, going wine tasting, or whitewater rafting!

The lovely home is located in a historic neighborhood within three blocks from sports courts at Camel's Back Park and only two blocks from Hyde Park village! Spend your afternoons shopping or dining at the village, then discover family-friendly attractions all within a mile of downtown!

The rental features a bright main floor unit and cheery upstairs space. The two-floor rental is made homey with conveniences like WiFi and streaming Netflix. Each floor offers extra privacy with separate entrances and no internal connections. Four guests are invited on each level, with both boasting full kitchens, living rooms, and laundry facilities. This home now has two internet providers to make sure you stay connected!

Large groups will enjoy their privacy across two full baths and three bedrooms offering a king bed, one queen bed, and two sofa beds. If you can't narrow down the guest list, rent the entire three-story home which accommodates an impressive 12 guests!

Outside, kids can play tag in the enclosed backyard or roast hot dogs around the campfire. The space is ideal for outdoor entertaining offering a gas grill and bistro table. Beyond your classic home, family fun comes in many forms in Boise!

Discover exotic animals at Zoo Boise and the World Center for Birds of Prey, or book a rafting trip along the Payette. ADDITIONAL RENTAL TERMS FOR THE CITY OF BOISE

These Additional Rental Terms for the City of Boise (the “Boise Additional Terms”) are hereby incorporated as part of that certain Vacation Rental Agreement (“VRA”) entered into between Vacasa LLC (“Vacasa,” “we,” or “us”) for the owner (the “Owner”) of the vacation rental property subject of the VRA (such home, the “Vacation Home”), and the renters of the Vacation Home (the primary renter, on behalf of all individuals occupying the Vacation Home with the primary renter, defined as the “Renter” or “you”). By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following Boise Additional Terms:

1. Minimum Age. You certify that you are at least 21 years of age. You agree to be legally responsible for the compliance of all occupants of the Vacation Home with these Boise Additional Terms, and that any minor children are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You agree that you intend to personally occupy the Vacation Home for the full duration of the period for which you have rented this vacation home.

2. Maximum Occupancy. You agree that at no time during the period you have rented the home will daytime or overnight occupancy exceed the posted maximum occupancy for this Vacation Home. Failure to conform to the occupancy requirements of the Vacation Home is a violation of the Code.

3. Noise and Disruptive Activity. You agree to conduct yourselves in a manner that is respectful of neighbors by, among other things, refraining from making unduly loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, holding outdoor parties, or engaging disorderly conduct or any other activity that could interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors or the community. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, as is music of any kind that is audible beyond the property line.

4a. Bicycles. The Renters understand that the use of any of the bicycles at the Vacation Home can be dangerous, and that personal injury and death can occur. The Renters agree to assume full responsibility to warn all individuals, including but not limited to any guests, family members and invitees, as necessary about these dangers and to take all necessary preventative measures to avoid personal injury.

4b. THE RENTERS AGREE TO USE THE BICYCLES AT THE RENTERS’ OWN RISK, AND FURTHER AGREE TO HOLD THE OWNER AND THE COMPANY HARMLESS FROM ANY ACCIDENTS OR PERSONAL INJURIES TO THE RENTERS’ FAMILY MEMBERS, GUESTS, INVITEES AND LICENSEES ARISING FROM SUCH USE. ADDITIONALLY, THE RENTERS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE OWNER AND THE COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FROM THE RENTERS’ FAMILY MEMBERS, GUESTS, INVITEES OR LICENSEES THAT RESULT IN ANY LOSSES, COSTS (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), DAMAGES OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY OF THE BICYCLES. THE RENTERS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST THE OWNER AND THE COMPANY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY OF THE BICYCLES.


5.Vehicles and Parking. You agree to comply with all restrictions relating to the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the Vacation Home and allowed parking locations.
