The botanical garden area is accessible to guests. Gardeners are working in the garden areas a couple of days/week to keep this place as immaculate as it is.

I live about 10 minutes away and my public office is located in Paia. When a reservation is confirmed, I will get in touch with guests immediately. During guests stay I will be available for any emergency or concern in regards to the home. Sometimes it is hard to meet in person on the property, however, our office is open Monday to Friday and guests are welcome any time to get information, a cup of coffee and we are happy to help with activity bookings.

Haiku Nani is a licensed vacation rental on Maui. a rental agreement is required to be signed by the tenant. For check-in at our office you will need a credit card (similar like a hotel check-in). We offer a pre check-in form for guests arriving outside office hours.

This is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County, guests may not impact the neighborhood with noise and has to obey County's rules and regulations. The use of the studio and property is for registered guests only.
