It was early evening when I was notified the WIFI had just gone off. It had not been off for days. Charlie told me he was in a state bar exam from 8 AM to 4 PM the next day which led me to believe I had a few hours to reinstall the Wi-Fi.
But no, at 12:52 PM on the second morning while he was not even at my residence, he asked for an extended check out time and cancel the third day not knowing if the Internet was going to be put on when he returned to the apartment at 4 PM. My timeline of events is a little different from Charlie's. I hope others don't encounter guests who are looking for any frivolous excuse to cancel a three day rental. Charlie could've easily used his own phone data if it was such an urgent matter to get online and plus, be compensated by me for the Wi-Fi being down. His refusal to accept this compensation shows me he was just looking to skip out on the three day rental.
