INSIDE THE HOUSE
Drive past the brick pillars at the end of the cul-de-sac and through the gate. In the front entry, drop off your bags at the console table. The 1st floor is tiled, and the home is filled with decorative details, artwork, and antique cabinetry.
To the right, find a full bar with 3 stools and corner bench seating along the wall. Take a step down into the living room, furnished with a wide couch and 52” flatscreen TV. You can reach the backyard via French doors.
The kitchen bar has 3 stools and a wooden table for 3, granite countertops, wooden cabinets, and an island with an electric stove. Other highlights include a trash compactor, dishwasher, and two-door fridge and freezer. In the dining room a wooden table seats 8 underneath a chandelier.
Another living area has a library along the wall, a couch for 4, wooden side tables, 2 armchairs, a rug, fireplace, and backyard access.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is on the left with an attractive brick wall, fireplace, and a ceiling light with fan. This room features a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, a love seat, and a balcony. Catch a movie on the 40” flatscreen with cable and a DVD player. The spiral staircase leads downstairs.
The master en suite bathroom has two sinks with granite countertops, a mirror, and cabinets. Soak in the tub with a view of the backyard, or use the walk-in shower.
There are 3 more bright bedrooms down the hall—the 2nd has a king-size bed with matching side tables, lamps, a desk, and a mounted 40” flatscreen TV.
The 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed, a wooden dresser, end table with lamps, shelves, a mounted 32” flatscreen TV, and balcony access.
The 4th bedroom has a king-size bed, a large desk, a 40” flatscreen TV, and balcony access. Down the hall, the 2nd bathroom has 2 sinks, a granite countertop, and a combination tub and shower.
The 5th bedroom is downstairs and features a full-size bed, mounted 30” flatscreen TV, and a private patio. A shared en suite bathroom has granite counters and a combination tub and shower.
The 4th bathroom with walk-in shower is past the laundry area and behind the bar. A door leads to the backyard, where a patio wraps the back of the house. Take a dip in either pool, or sit at the table for 4 while you check on the grill. Take in the view of the mountains on a comfortable couch under the draped gazebo, or recline on plenty of lounge seating.
Please Note: The jacuzzi and pool are not heated.
Enjoy privacy and a great view within picturesque El Cajon! Rent some clubs or grab a Frisbee, then check out the golf resort and disc golf course less than ½-mile down the road.
The heart of the city is 4 miles away and teeming with great restaurants, bars, bakeries, and delis. Stop at El Cajon Bistro and Bakery 3 miles away) before you hike the surrounding hills. Explore a bit farther with a trip to San Diego, just a 30-minute drive away.

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
