Lounge on the plush couch while you watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV, or connect to the WiFi to stream something on your personal device. The eat-in kitchen features standard appliances. Grill up a delicious dish with the gas grill on the balcony.

This rental has three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and a third with a twin bed. In all, five guests will sleep comfortably here. With two bathrooms and a private washer/dryer, guests are sure to stay fresh and clean despite spending countless hours in the sand and sun.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Company’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.

Location: Right on the beach. It was great to take just a few steps outside and be right at the water. It is also a few doors away from Toucans. Very laid back area. Friendly people. Beach: Brackish water, possibly due to heavy rain prior to when we were there. Fresh water runoff feeds right into the ocean on the side of the property. Home: Two apartment duplex separated by floors. It needs a little TLC such as paint on the exterior and the bottom deck needs foundation repair. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cookware. At first blush, the house was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Once you get settled, however, you start to notice all of the items that need maintenance, cleaning, or both. As you might expect in a domicile situated mere yards from the ocean, we noticed a bit of corrosion on various fixtures and hardware throughout the house. There was also a slight sag in the subfloor in between the posts and beams, another likely casualty resulting from that wonderful seaside location. As for cleanliness, the travertine tile was the main niggle in an otherwise clean home. The tile initially appeared to have a very distinct pattern on certain pieces throughout the home. Closer inspection revealed that it wasn't a pattern; it was dirt and spilled drinks (especially in the corners, where a mop will leave dirty water standing.) It's nothing that a few hours and a Magic Eraser can't fix, so don't let that put you off this otherwise charming little flat. That, however, brings me to the request that the mgmt company makes on their instruction sheet. If the customer is paying nearly $140 for a "cleaning fee", why ask them to take out the garbage, run the dishwasher and start the laundry before they go? There was no discount offered for doing the cleaners' job for them. Other: grill is charcoal, not gas. Bring coffee filters... such items are not provided. Soap and shampoo are provided. Also, bring your own beach towels.
