The location is central to all of Marco Island's attractions. The public beach is just two miles west, the Marco Island Historical Society is less than a mile south, and the Esplanade Shoppes retail shopping center is just a mile-and-a-half north.
This bright and spacious home is full of coastal character with tropical decor, tiled floors, and overhead fans in an open concept floor plan. Entertainment amenities include WiFi and cable and Blu-ray DVD-equipped television. Out back on the lanai you'll find a wicker couch and a four-seat table for al fresco seating. Down a few stairs sits the expansive screened-in patio with lounge chairs and a modest pool.
When you get hungry, whip up homemade meals with ease in the full kitchen. It has all the modern appliances, ample countertops, and assorted cookware to get the job done right. Lay out pre-meal snacks at the breakfast bar with seating for two, and eat meals together with your group at the nearby dining table.
Up to six guests are accommodated in three bedrooms. A king-size bed sits in the master suite, a guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another guest room has two twin-size beds. There are also two full bathrooms, one of which has a deep soaking tub.
