It is conveniently located in a modern apartment block with a major supermarket on the ground (URL HIDDEN) is near good ceffes and restaurants, with a train station a five minute walk away.Trains goto central melbourne and take around (URL HIDDEN) is also next to a Skybus bus stop that goes too and from Melbourne Airport.(only $29)

Unfortunately we couldn't stay at Yu-Hong's due to an issue with the apartment, however she organised an alternate location for us which worked out really well. Would definitely recommend the location.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Close to sky bus stop, shops and good cafes. Everything you need for a city stay.

Centrally located apartment in the heart of Brighton - walk out the door and restaurants, shops and the train station are at your fingertips. Walking distance to the beach (we did it in around 20 mins, just strolling). There is a Coles and bottleshop at the bottom of the building which was very handy. Secure underground car parking space provided in the cost of the room. Yu-hong was a lovely host: she met me personally to show me around the building and carpark and she had provided some breakfast necessities for us, as well as making sure the air conditioning was running so we'd have a nice cool welcome. The apartment was neat and tidy and housed the four of us overnight no worries (not sure I'd want to do an extended stay with four people in the space, but absolutely fine for a weekend). Highly recommend.

Generally condition satisfactory, however the room is quite stuffy and we have to turn up the aircon to make it less smelly. Also the room does not accommodate four person well, the fourth person has to sleep on the matress because the twin bed is too small.
