You can't get much closer to the beach than this condo is! All you have to do is take the stairs (or the elevator) down to the first floor and walk across the Promenade and out onto the sand. Also within easy walking distance are all the restaurants, shops, and activities on Broadway Street.
From the sixth floor of the condo complex, you will enjoy amazing views of the sea from your private balcony. This home can easily accommodate up to four guests, and you're also welcome to bring your dogs with you for a nightly pet fee.
With a beautiful living room, full kitchen, and a dining area, this condo has all the comforts of home. There are two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen bed - and two full bathrooms. While you're here you will enjoy entertainment options such as WiFi access, cable, and a DVD/VCR player, as well as other conveniences such as a gas fireplace and a laundry area.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
