INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enter the house by passing through an access door from the garage. Get ready for a day on the slopes in a large entryway with ski boot heaters, lots of storage space and wooden benches.
A long hallway off the entryway leads towards the front door and a grand open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen itself is a fantastic space to whip up vacation-worthy meals with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
There’s a glass breakfast bar that seats four and another wrap-around bar seating eight - so plenty of room for socializing while the chef preps dinner.
In front of the kitchen, a dining table offers seating for ten. From here, a sliding glass door leads to a wrap-around balcony perched above the local golf course, and beyond - breath-taking mountain views. A wooden table with seating and a gas grill makes this an ideal spot for BBQs on sunny days.
Beside the kitchen, a plush L-shaped couch and armchair sit before a wood-burning fireplace in the living area to sit 9. The room also has a 65” TV and a grand bookcase with a rolling ladder, so you can spend the evening watching movies or snuggling up with a novel.
Upstairs, a tucked-away office area with a pull-out couch overlooks the main living space, and there’s another quiet office area nearby.
Located on the bottom level of the house, there’s a kid’s play room, a funky little wet bar area with stool seating, and a second living area. This additional living space has a massive 75” TV, stone fireplace and lots of comfy seating.
There’s sleeping space for up to 22 between five big bedrooms. The gorgeous master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access and a palatial en-suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is ideal for kids with four bunk beds (each with a trundle) and it also comes with an en-suite. A third bedroom has two full-size beds and an en-suite, while the fourth bedroom has a king bed. The fifth bedroom also features a king bed and en-suite.
As for the outdoor space? A sprawling back patio features wicker furniture, views of the golf course and a private hot tub.

The house is also just a 15-minute drive to the legendary Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, and around 25 minutes from fishing, boating and woodland walks at Rockport State Park.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
