INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking trees and northern Lake Tahoe. Take your pick of where to park - there are two separate single-car garages.
Inside to the right, past the foyer and the half bathroom, is the formal living room where 6 can sit beside the river rock hearth. This main floor has mountain cabin appeal; the vaulted ceiling has wood and steel beams running through the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The dining area is sunny, and seats up to 8 near sliding glass doors out to the patio. Just past the dining room is the kitchen, equipped to cook for a crowd. Here there’s a gas range with 6 burners and a griddle, double ovens and two breakfast bars that seat 7 total.
Past the kitchen is the family room, where casual worn leather furniture gathers around a 51” flat-screen TV, with a gas stove in the corner for those cold winter nights. From here you can walk out to the deck extending the length of the house where several people can sit or lounge, or (better yet) warm up in the hot tub. You won’t get enough of the commanding view of the trees and Lake Tahoe just beyond.
Upstairs is dedicated to the master suite that sleeps two - where the bedroom is certainly spacious, with a king-size bed, bookshelves, 41” flat-screen TV, cedar-lined closet, and a private deck outside.
The master bath has double vanities with ceramic tile counters, and incredible brightness, thanks to the windows and 2 skylights. Here you can revel in the jetted tub, or the large stand-up shower.
The rest of the rooms, each of which sleep two, are downstairs on the lower level, and each has windows due to the sharp slopes of the hill. One room offers a king-size bed, two more have full-size beds, and a final room hosts two twins. There are also two bathrooms to share on this level, en-suite to two of the rooms (and open to everyone through the hall).
Ten minutes away are the slopes at Diamond Ski Resort. If chasing powder isn’t your thing, there are a thousand things to do in Incline Village: rafting, mountain biking, boating, or just watching the world go by from the hot tub.
Or stay close to home and enjoy amazing amenities, including access to Burntwood Beach.
When you’re hungry, the main drag of Incline Village is just a 5-minute drive away. The Wildflower Cafe is open for breakfast, or there’s Jack Rabbit Moon for fresh, seasonal American fare. You’ll even find locally brewed beer at Alibi Ale Works.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
