This charming casita was built in 47 in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to downtown, which host art and culture and Saturday morning farmers market.
You’ll love my place because of its charm, peacefulness, outdoor space is shaded by pecan trees and quiet gardens.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not appropriate for partying.
This little casita sits next to the main house, entry is through a separate entrance. The inside decor is a mix of the rustic old west and new mexico flair. Its cooled in summer with AC and winter is warmed by a box wood stove, or fireplace in the bedroom. There is also supplemental electric heat. There is a small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and electric kettle and cook top, in the kitchenette.

Looking forward to hosting new friends. I love living in southern NM, its beautiful big open sky country. I enjoy exploring the mountains and desert with my pups there is always something interesting to find. I have recently begun to cycle again now that our town has expanded the bike paths. I work a few part time jobs and enjoy spending time gardening.
